  1. Apologies for the late notice here guys; I've been traveling and got distracted. We're hoping to put out the next official release either tomorrow or Tuesday. If we don't get the translations in before then, no worries (that's my fault). We'll get them in when we can, and we might put out a fix release shortly after. Thank you as always. @Kondorito @Cauptain @Nyny77 @Opak @dukeemu @cyanjiang @Just001Kim @MajKSA @gamehacker @alexposad @k_kutsugi @Bardock @Soomin papa

Sorry for the super late reply. My best guess is that you need to install a different version of Dolphin. The emulators that come installed for you on those devices are often broken. You'll need to get an updated version installed. We recommend Dolphin MMJR.
  3. Sorry for the super late reply. I believe that core is added in the latest official release for Android.
  4. I would recommend instead installing the latest RetroArch Android APK from here: https://buildbot.libretro.com/stable/1.10.3/android/RetroArch_aarch64.apk Just download it directly to your device and open it to install the app.
  5. @nanbean I don't have the versions memorized; have you updated to the latest Nvidia Shield beta (using the steps posted at the beginning of this topic)? The Shield TV does require the LaunchBox folder to be inside of an Nvidia Shield folder in the root, if I remember correctly. I believe it should have defaulted to that. Did you change the path for the LaunchBox folder?
  6. We have seen that as a RetroArch/core bug in the past, where games will run fine, but not when launched from any external app. As of yet, we have never seen a situation where a specific core was not working in RetroArch and it was because of a LaunchBox bug. Unfortunately (or fortunately) it's always been either a RetroArch configuration issue or a bug in the core. Do make sure that your ROM paths are correct, because we've seen that as an issue before as well.
  7. LaunchBox is designed so that the Escape key exits most emulators. There may be a few one-off emulators that don't do that by default, however.
  8. Using Tools > Download > Update Metadata and Media.
  9. I have not tested that core. I can add it to my list. Since it's RetroArch though, I'm doubtful that there's anything we can do to fix the core. Most likely there's something else going on.
  10. Sounds like a media download got cut off somehow, and so thumbnails weren't generated. I'm not exactly sure how that could have happened. Unfortunately you will likely need to delete the platform, and then choose yes to delete the media files. Then you can re-import the platform and use the Download Missing Media tool.
  11. PPSSPP does work great on Android 11 (and 12+). However, you do have to add your ROM folder in PPSSPP and let it scan your ROMs before LaunchBox can launch the games.
  12. Looks like that view/theme might be out of date (from a beta). So it's worth deleting that theme folder from your LaunchBox folder so you get the latest. As far as why only one image loads though, I've never seen that issue. What device are you using?
  13. @drseussicide I could be wrong, but I believe this error is only with that older version. So in theory, you should be able to manually download the latest APK from the web and install it over top without any issues. I believe this bug is only with the automatic updater.
  14. Yeah, I missed the point about it being Android apps in the original post. That is on my list to fix. Sorry for the run-around.
  15. I've never been able to replicate any issues similar to this, which is especially strange because I do most of my testing on my own Samsung Galaxy S10+. Now I see the fact that you're using LineageOS, though; perhaps that could be the issue? All I can figure is that there's something weird going on between the app and that version of Android. We'd probably need to be able to test and debug against a similar device running LineageOS in order to resolve the issue, which obviously isn't going to be easy. One thing you can do though is provide log files for us on the off chance that it might help us to discover what the issue is.
  16. Based on the code, I don't believe it makes any sense that newer ROM sets would work fine but older ROM sets don't. Have you tested this? We did fix a related issue in a previous beta. I will put Cave on the list.
  17. It's called NEC TurboGrafx-16 in the Android app. If you export a platform from the desktop app that doesn't have the Scrape As value set correctly, I believe that can cause this, so I'm guessing that's what's going on.
  18. You might be able to do it by using the Export to Android feature of the desktop app, but unfortunately right now it's not a supported feature of the Android app.
  19. Yup, that works. I'll get it added to the next release. Thanks much.
  20. @PiperCalls Just added full support for PPSSPP in LaunchBox for Android 1.3-beta-3:
  21. LaunchBox for Android 1.3-beta-3 is out now with the following: Both PPSSPP and PPSSPP Gold for Sony PSP are now fully supported and will launch games on Android 11+! However, you will need to open up the emulators first and let them scan your PSP ROMs folder with the Browse button for them to have access to your ROMs (on Android 11+). Yaba Sanshiro 2 and Yaba Sanshiro 2 Pro have been added, but they do not work to launch games on Android 11+. As far as we can tell, this is because the developer has not yet added support for launching games with the new Android storage access framework. Please hit us up on the LaunchBox forums if you know otherwise or have any further information. Dolphin MMJR is now the default emulator for Nintendo GameCube and Nintendo Wii, because it is so much better with performance
  22. To be honest, at least on Android, you're shooting yourself in the foot by choosing not to use RetroArch. Some of the best emulation and features are only available in RetroArch on Android, and it's super easy at this point. That said, you do make a fair point. We don't have details on supported emulators listed anywhere, and it would be good to have.
  23. Thanks, I have this new translation in for the next beta.
