I think there's a problem with the side bar in Launchbox. It doesn't appear to be sorting alphabetically. At least, not all the time. Sometimes, everything will be sorted perfectly, however at other times it seems to sort everything randomly. For example, right now I'm looking at 'Publishers', and it's sorted Acclaim, Beam Software, Koei, FCI, Capcom, Activision, Data East, Jaleco, Hudson Soft, Electro Brain, Bandai etc... Doesn't seem to be any logic to it whatsoever. This also applies to other side bar filters too (year, genre etc).

I've been rejecting them. Not just because of the logo on the side, but they're all terrible quality in some really low resolution.

If a change is accepted, but has at least one rejection, how do I see the reasons for those rejections? I know it shouldn't matter since the change has gone through, I'm just curious to see what reasons others have given for rejecting a change.

Had the same problem here, thanks for the suggestion on how to fix it. Something definitely changed during one of the recent updates.

Ok, appears 6.12-beta-4 has fixed this issue, so nevermind!

Might have found a bug in the latest beta (6.12-beta-3) on Windows 10. Games that start with 'The' are sorted properly like they have been for the last few versions (not using custom sort orders), but the game title displayed isn't right. For example, I've added Legend of Zelda, The, and even though I've edited the metadata so it should show The Legend of Zelda, it's shown as Legend of Zelda, The. Not using the Launchbox Games Database, if that makes a difference.

Some games had ratings from the VRC (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Videogame_Rating_Council) which I believe came before the ESRB. Most of the VRC ratings roughly match up to an ESRB rating, but what I'm asking is should we add these as ESRB ratings, even though the game technically wasn't rated by the ESRB?

Ah ok, thanks. Another thing I've just noticed, is sorting by Release Date when in List View doesn't actually sort by release date. Is there any way to sort my games by release date?

Not sure if this is intentional or not, but I've added sort titles for some of my games, and when viewing in List View the sort titles don't seem to apply (Adventure Island 3 before Adventure Island II, all the games starting with 'The' are under the letter T etc).
