Your xarcade has buttons assigned to keyboard buttons. You still follow the same method he stated but just press which button on your cp you would want to correspond to what the button would be on the snes controller. It will then assign the inputs to those keyboard keys instead of Joypad keys
  2. Ehh that sucks, thought it may come down to doing that. One would figure changing the game path in manage platforms would perform this action.
  3. So maybe I am thinking wrong on how this should work. So to split up mame roms I imported the systems from folders where they were split such as nintendo, Sega, etc classics. Doing this puts every game path for those as the path they were imported from. I assumed that setting the game path to the main mame rom folder under manage platform would change all those roms from that platform to the new path that was defined. However they still retain the one which they were imported from. So what is the purpose of the game path under manage platform? If it is for the purpose of changing all roms in that platform then it looks like it has an issue. If it isn't for that purpose then it would be great to have game folder path added into one of the options for a bulk edit.
  4. Maybe a scroll to and select command to accommodate both of those.
  5. Updated to latest beta. For some reason a multitude of my systems paths that were set were reverted back to the default paths. Bummer
  6. What fade transition are you taking about?
  7. It's common especially when having a large collection due to the way launchbox creates a large cache to hold everything.
  8. I agree, offer the best and leave it up to the end user to compress or not
  9. I have gotten the same one. Also would love the ability to scale, stretch, fit our whatever you want to call it with the video to not have black bats
  10. A little emulationstation look going on.
  11. RL is great for such things as bezels, transitions, easily changing/setting different emulator options to be used, utilizing its configurations for changing controls, custom scripts, easy ability to use with multiple frontends so you don't have to set up each one separately. List goes on and on and on. RA is easy to config, add it as an emulator, direct it to the cores and launch a game, set up your configs for that system and save them and rename that file to match the name of the system in RL.
  12. Yea just a lengthy startup with this FE. Perhaps some optimizations will come in the future.
  13. Was just gonna buy an extra nes mini and gut it
  14. You would have to edit the theme
  15. There is a way to do this if you are using rocketlauncher
