  1. I do not have a platform or playlist named "All". I checked all my folders in LaunchBox.
  2. Hey Jason, before you release 8.6, I did find a few little things that were unusual with LaunchBox. The "All" item would show up in the "Download Platform/Playlist Theme Videos" prompt, and it is also selectable with the Audit feature. If I remember correctly, it wasn't selectable before... EDIT: "All" also showed up in the Manage Platforms prompt as well, but I deleted it so I didn't take a screenshot of it. It also shows up in the "Scan for Added ROMs" and "Scan for Removed ROMs" menu items.
  3. When I add or import roms into Launchbox.next, it keeps creating folders inside my emulator folders for some reason. As you can see by the attached screenshot, the "Manuals" and "Music" folders were created in my RetroArch directory. And inside those folders are platform folders. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue.
  4. @Jason Carr Will the Cache-Next folder be renamed to Cache in the 8.6 official release?
  5. Yeah, but deleting the cache folders and refreshing all my images fixed it. So my problem is solved.
  6. @Jason Carr So, I looked more into the RetroAchievements icons not appearing in bigbox. I posted about it a few days ago in this thread, and I found out that it is related to LaunchBox.next. When regular LaunchBox caches the retroachievements icons, they show up in BigBox. But when LaunchBox.next caches the icons, they don't show up in BigBox. Just wanted to let you know about this Launchbox.next bug. EDIT: Turns out clearing the cache folders in the images folder and refreshing all images made it work! Nevermind Jason!
  7. It seems like RetroAchievement icons are broken in BigBox. They don't seem to show up when I view my achievements for any game that supports it. I am on the latest beta.
  8. @Jason Carr After further tinkering, I managed to get the community ratings to show up by the download metadata wizard. I made sure not to replace any existing fields and the community ratings synced up. Any chance of an option to sync all star ratings from the database to LaunchBox to get the most up-to-date community rating for each game?
  9. No @Jason Carr, I add my games manually through the edit game window.
  10. I downloaded the official release and community ratings are not showing up. I connected the game to the LB database and acquired all the metadata, but the community rating still says none. I did check the database entry on my web browser, the game does have a community rating.
  11. This is amazing. I'm so looking forward to getting my hands on this! Any chance of adding a users system for LaunchBox/BigBox so other people can log in to check their progress? Rather than just the main user?
  12. Oh cool, lol! Thanks a lot, Jason!
  13. Ah I understand. I'll just take some new screenshots for myself then
  14. Wait @Jason Carr, there's one more little bug I'm having. If a gif image is set to be a background image, it won't show up in the background of a game anymore. I have my background image priorities set up a bit differently so if I don't have a proper fanart png/jpg, I use a gameplay image instead.
  15. Alright, give me a few minutes. I'll have it uploaded in a jiffy!
  16. Windows 10, Core i5, gtx 970. It is the same exact issue I've been having this whole time. What I could do for you @Jason Carr, is send you my data folder and videos folder from my LaunchBox to see if that'll help you reproduce it. And if that doesn't work, I'll just start LaunchBox all over to see if it happens again.
  17. Yes, I am using the default theme and the latest beta. Look at the screenshots I posted a few posts above for clarification. Also, I'm not using any plugins, this is a fresh installation of LaunchBox/Big Box.
  18. Sorry, @Jason Carr, but my issue still persists At first I thought it was a background image problem, but as far as I know, it still seems to be a video issue. The video snaps all played fine at first, but when I started adding metadata and images, some videos would refuse to play.
  19. @Jason Carr I enabled the DebugLog option in the Settings.xml, but a debug.log file did not appear in my LaunchBox folder. I even did a full search for the file, but nothing came up. I did take some screenshots of my issue though.
  20. Wait, nevermind @Jason Carr. After further testing, my issue came up again. I started out fresh, and as I was adding games, one video refused to play. It must have something to do with editing games because thats what I was doing before I tested Big Box again. Before I started editing my games, all the videos played just fine. Another thing I realized is that the background image doesn't change either, that might have some significance. Only the metadata and the main game image change.
  21. Thank you for the fix, @Jason Carr! I'm having no video issues at all!
  22. You're welcome!
  23. In BigBox, you have to go to options > videos > use game background videos. That should play your video snaps in the background.
  24. You're welcome! You could check screenshot - gameplay in its place to make sure every game has a background image.
  25. Change your background priorities in your settings. Just uncheck clear logo and you should be fine.
