  1. Haha not a magician but just done it for a while, thanks bro very glad you like it, mission succeeded and something to give you back after all the work you've done for the community!
  2. I love that character! Much better than Pal, Chomp Chomp rules!
  3. Ah okay, I don't find it hard to control much with the D-pad but it does feel a bit weird (but also typical for the series) in that it'll move forward automatically but with a bit of getting used to you'll adjust to it, if you want to take the time for it that is, it is quite a nice game though I do recommend it, maybe you'll want to try it out when @Orionsangel made a realistic bezel out of it?
  4. I'm afraid I don't understand (maybe because of me being dutch :D) but Pac-Man is a 4 way game isn't it? I mean it does not use diagonals, or do you mean when forced to use an 8 way joystick it messes with the precision of D-pad controls? I switch to D-pad function with games like this.
  5. Ps I don't have a lot of time to play the games but I just played Chomp Chomp and it's a great little game, quite addictive and more fun than the original IMHO, not easy though, thanks for pointing it out @Orionsangel
  6. Starting another restoration project by request for @Orionsangel the very very very rare Pac-Man & Chomp Chomp bezel art, i'll try to remake the marquees for both Sky Skipper and 'Chomp Chomp' later on as well. This time I'll do the vectorizing by hand instead of mostly auto-tracing since the cartoony shapes are easier to recreate than let's say the Pyrus Bezel, this will be a total remake because of it and should be of higher quality as a result. Progress so far, bezel outlines done. Edit: All files deleted to not upset original artist since people try to make money from his work, sadly so.
  7. Finished result with above mentioned text mystery still to be solved, I really hope someone as native English speaker (or good eyes) can figure it out. I replaced "Disappear!" with "POOF!" thought that would be a more valid expression in English comic literature.
  8. Could this be it? "3 Bomberman groups, they disappear" taking 'engrish' formulation in consideration.
  9. Can anyone help me out? I can't read the text from the top part about Bomberman. I think it says "3 Bomberman are happy, many dissappear." But that wouldnt make sense lol I can't find any larger versions of the flyer. Maybe it helps when you write down what you read, even though it wouldnt make sense, maybe we can puzzle the pieces together to something that would make sense.
  10. Thanks bro, cool then I'll have to play it tommorow for a bit, the instructions seem to be quite complex, but thats a good sign.
  11. Thanks man! Yeah that's what I thought, again a confirmation that I want too much from this pc lol Might it work better if one had just a front cover image and a gameplay image instead of the full image collection associated with a game?
  12. I think this could be an issue due to underpowered onboard AMD gpu's (as i have) Ive been having this issue for a long time, tried about everything but I guess it's just underpowered to switch video's so many times and so fast while loading many other data and media at the same time as well. Going to switch to a faster system with nvidia gpu card within a few months, hope to tackle the problem with this. I did notice a huge improvement when switching off all transitions, no background images and in smaller playlists but even then the grey distorted laggy stuff happens when switching/scrolling through games from time to time. Some suggested on other webpages with simular video problems (outside launchbox video issues) that the hdd could be the problem as well as it cant keep up with the speed/data rate. I dont have these problems when watching a movie of several gb's on its own but then again if I would switch these movies every second and try to load images, text and what not I bet it would give the same result as the system has to be able go keep up with all the processing and switching going on on a somewhat lower end system.
  13. Next up one side of flyer reconstruction to english, shouldn't take as long as the previous one as there are good sources to work with. This one will also be a community first.
  14. Phew, finally finished, I don't know why I stick so much time into this but it is a lot of fun to do haha, don't even know atm if it's a crappy game or not but it doesn't matter, it seems to be somewhat rare seeing the hard to get/unavailable english flyer art in high res scans. Note however that it's not a 100% accurate reconstruction of the official version, this one has less spelling mistakes and I kept the images of the buttons from the japanese version, so actually this one should be nicer than the official english version, sometimes the designers did quite a lazy job for english translations. Stitched together version and flyer 2 seperate below. Feel free to use with your own projects.
  15. Yes its very easy to do so, does this tutorial explain what you want?
  16. English Flyer 1 finished result, as usual feel free to use it for your projects.
  17. You can make changes like this as a game database moderator, don't have a link ready for information about becoming a moderator but it shouldn't be hard to find.
  18. Todays project: full translation and reconstruction of Ninja Master's MVS instruction flyer. High quality scan of japanese version is available but the english version only in low quality photos, on the road again! Source material
