Downloaded/Displaying Too Many Game Images Bug

I was just checking one of my game collections and realized that it downloaded a set of images a few times?

Not sure if it downloaded too many or if launchbox is just displaying them too many times?

I see the same image like 3 times in the right sidebar when scrolling.. it repeats them all 3 times each..

Best bet is to go into your image folders and delete duplicates en mass try blowing the thumbnails up so they are big enough to determine what is duplicate and what is not as some games may have different things to them be careful with your box image as now there should be multiples for regions included.

You can also delete them directly from the game entry edit screen by clicking the X icon. DOS' recommendation would probably be best if it's a recurring issue across several games.

The example I am referring to is alisia dragoon for sega genesis if I click the game, the right sidebar has the same images repeating..

ok I checked the images folder for it and yes it has downloaded the same images multiple times with different numbered files.

this seems like an issue and this is in version 6.7

Hi Dream, this is possible if the same images happen to exist on both EmuMovies and the LaunchBox Games Database. It's also possible to download duplicates by editing a game and telling it to re-download images that already exist.
