evandervila
So I just imported my gamecube and ps2 librarys and some of the games are two disk games and they all just show up and as two seperate files in launchbox with no cover art or anything so I'm just wondering what to do. DOS76
To add on to this point I just imported my Saturn ROMs on a few computers and all the multi-disc games were together in their corresponding folders and they are named "GameName [disc 1].cue" GameName [disc 2].cue" (some are labled as (disc1) (disc2) also). It was my understanding that LB handled this situation and created additional apps for the extra discs now but that didn't happen for me when I imported my games. Are the special characters causing the issues. @evandervilawhy the games didn't get any images I don't know are the files named plainly like the game title? If you want for the additional discs you can create additional apps to do so either right click or hit ctrl+e on the 1st disc and this will open the edit form in this form you will go to the additional apps tab once there add a new app fill in the name of the additional application it can be name whatever you want to call it then click ctrl+e this will tell it to use the associated platforms emulator to run the game then hit Shift+tab twice and this will take you to the browse button (you can use your mouse for the last steps too but this is the quick way). So once you have the name filled in the path setup and tell it to use the emulator then you are done. If that game has more disc then repeat from there if not go to the next game with multi-discs and repeat. Now when you right click on that game there will be an option in the context menu to launch all of your additional applications for that game. Zombeaver
According to this post the files should be named as either (Disc #), (Disk #), or (CD #) so, based on that, the ones in brackets might not work (though it might not care what the special characters are, I'm not sure) but the ones in parenthesis definitely should. Drybonz seemed to be experiencing some issues with it as well.
Jason Carr
Thanks guys. It is very easy to add additional things to search for so I will go ahead and add square brackets to the mix. Do keep in mind that you still need the latest beta release (not just the latest official release) in order to take advantage of this feature.
