Favorites category?

Is there a way to create a favorites category that lists your favorite game rather than having to sort through platform. For example, Say I want to favorite a bunch of SNK or street fighter games withough having to search through whichever library. I know I can make a new platform, but as it stands, platforms are emulator specific so I cant put a NeoGeo game on the same platform as a PSX or PC Game.

On the left in LaunchBox, go to the top of your platform list and click the drop down, then Favorites.

Is it possible to list them in bigbox as a platform button clear logo?

Yes, create a playlist auto populating it with games tagged as a favorite and then show the playlist with the categories.

I have done this but I noticed it still tries to sort them based on the platform within the 'favorites' category I created. Is there a way to make it work as expect ie. 0-9|A-Z ?

right click the playlist and edit. Then under "Sort Games By" option choose >Title
