It's doable if you want to jump through flaming hoops like a circus animal but I really recommend using Altirra or the stand alone version of Mame / Mess. You'll need to be using Rocketlauncher, you'll need the 2015 mess core, which I can send you, and you'll need a mess bios pack. I call it messtroarch.
