The simplest way is to create a .m3u file which Retroarch uses as a playlist file and you import that into Launchbox. Simply open up notepad and put the names of each .ce file in it, one disk on each line and make sure they are named correctly. Save this file in the same folder as your disk images.

Here is an example of mine for Final Fantasy IX:

Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc 1) (v1.0).cue
Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc 2) (v1.0).cue
Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc 3) (v1.0).cue
Final Fantasy IX (USA) (Disc 4) (v1.0).cue

In Retroarch you can manage the disks using the quick menu.

Another way is to combine your disks into a single .pbp file using the tool PSX2PSPv1.4.2 but this does not work for every game, there is a small selection of games that for whatever reason Retroarch does not like this for.

Dang dude...thanks didn't expect the same guy to reply twice. You're killing the game for me. I'll definitely try that and get back to you with the results.
