dreamer72
Hello, I have been using Launchbox for over a year now. On September 29 my license expired. So I want to renew it for another year, but I see something odd about it. If I renew my license It says I will get updates until September 29, 2018. Which isn't a year at all. So my question is, is this done on purpose? Or is it a mistake and I should be getting a year of updates starting the day I renew it. Because I don't think it should go off my old expiration and add onto that. I'm confused about it.
Lordmonkus
You can send a message to support here https://forums.launchbox-app.com/contact/ and ask. But my biased advice would be to upgrade to the lifetime, it would only be 30$ instead of the 20$ for 1 year.
neil9000
I'll be honest with you here and say i'm not really sure. The yearly rolling license is new and I am not exactly sure how it works. I'll tag @Jason Carr here as hopefully he will have more info.
Jason Carr
Hi @jacobsclub72, yes, this is how the renewal system works. It adds a year to the expiration of the license used for the renewal.
