For PC games from that troublesome mid/late-90s period, you might try sites like pcgamingwiki.com, which have tips for getting stuff installed and running on Windows 10: https://pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Commandos:_Behind_Enemy_Lines

Vogons (Very Old Games On New Systems) is a good place to check, too.

Updated to include Duckstation for Playstation emulation, it is now the better choice over ePSXe though it does require the use of bios while ePSXe does not.

Updated the guide about where to get Mame roms since the old Pleasuredome site is no longer around but it has continued on in a better form that is much more user friendly.

Its magnet only, how are you adding that to your seedbox via a web based interface?

My seedbox accepts magnet links with a copy paste.

Copy the magnet link URL, click the Add Torrent button and paste into the bottom text box "Torrent URL:", click the add URL button.

Maybe, to be perfectly honest I haven't bothered looking at it so I have no opinions or thoughts on it one way or another. It's also a multi emulator which I avoided recommending for the purposes of this guide to keep things simple for people. Often with multi emulators some systems are not as well emulated as others within the emulator. 

Now that I look at the original post the N64 section should be updated to use Simple64.

I think you're having a windows 10 problem, try opening the cd folder inside will be the .exe file.  Properties>compatibility, then use xp service pack, i do have this game running i can check my specs tomorrow
