launchretrogirl2562 Posted Monday at 11:42 PM Posted Monday at 11:42 PM and now that I think of it, unified already has a view that shows the video fullscreen. So better scroll to those views in Bigbox and see if it doesn't already have what u want. 1 Quote

Cause that only looks for jpg files if i'm not mistaken. I dont know which view u are using at that specific platform, but u have to go to following directory [YOURDRIVE]:\Launchbox\Themes\Unified & Ultrawide\Views Look for these files : WheelGamesView.xaml WheelGames2View.xaml WheelGames3View.xaml WheelGames4View.xaml and look for this part in those files : <controls:PrioritizedPathSelector x:Name="BackgroundFileName" FolderPath="Themes\Unified & Ultrawide\Images\Theme\Background" FileExtension=".jpg" Priority1FileName="{Binding SelectedGame.ApplicationFileNameWithoutExtension}" Priority2FileName="{Binding FilterTitle}" Priority3FileName="{Binding KnownPlatformOrPlaylistTitle}" Priority4FileName="{Binding Platform.NestedName}" Priority5FileName="_Default" /> u can change the .jpg to something else Mind u, if u do it like this, u will change it for every other platform as well. To make sure that doesn't happen, what u need to do is make a new folder in that directory called WheelGamesView (or whatever the view is that u are using) and copy WheelGamesView.xaml over to that new directory. If u are using WheelGames2View.xaml, and so on... Then rename it to match the platform u want to change the artwork for. So u will have this : [YOURDRIVE]:\Launchbox\Themes\Unified & Ultrawide\Views\WheelGamesView in this folder u then have a copy of the WheelGamesView.xaml renamed to for instance homebrew.xaml And then it is safe to change that xml which I discussed above. hmm i found the directory, and changes .jpg to .mp4 it is named _Default.mp4 still just a blank black screen I'm using Wheel2-Games _Default.mp4 Quote

I think a video is possible, but u need to change out that entire part So, I do think that can be done, just not with the xml it has now. Cause that is indeed the reply that Joe gave. Send me your wheel2games xaml, and tell me which platform u are using it with. The exact platform name as it shows in launchbox Quote

I will see if I can add the cart for you. Edited Wednesday at 12:56 AM by launchretrogirl2562 Quote
launchretrogirl2562 Posted Wednesday at 01:05 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:05 AM Try adding this below your ImageVideoTransitionSelector <!-- VIDEO --> <transitions:TransitionPresenter Grid.ColumnSpan="7" Grid.RowSpan="8" TransitionSelector="{Binding ImageVideoTransitionSelector}" Content="{Binding ImageVideoView}" IsContentVideo="true" Panel.ZIndex="3" /> to your wheelgames4 ADD ONLY THIS PART right below that ImageVideoTransitionSelector <Image x:Name="Cart3DImage" Grid.Column="4" Grid.ColumnSpan="3" Grid.Row="4" Grid.RowSpan="3" Source="{Binding Path=ActiveGame.Cart3DImagePath}" Opacity="100" Panel.ZIndex="5" Stretch="Uniform" HorizontalAlignment="Right" VerticalAlignment="Bottom" Margin="0,0,20,10" RenderOptions.BitmapScalingMode="HighQuality" > <Image.Effect> <DropShadowEffect BlurRadius="15" Direction="-90" RenderingBias="Quality" ShadowDepth="1" /> </Image.Effect> </Image> And see how u get on. After editing in your view it should look like this 1 Quote

So, either remove that completely and use my xml there or leave that DISC Image there and change your priorities in Launchbox settings. Either by just checking the CART 3D, or moving it all the way upwards Cause then u would also see the 3D CART there without having to change the xaml. launchretrogirl2562 Posted Thursday at 08:42 AM Posted Thursday at 08:42 AM I notice u made the same change twice. so, remove that whole part and save. Cause u can't have that part twice in there. That would be the error u are getting. Quote
Cosmosis Posted Thursday at 03:14 PM Posted Thursday at 03:14 PM thank you, that fixed the error, i still get just the box without the 3d cart when i select a game from the wheel. any way to combine them like they show in Vertical Wheel 2 wheel page below? Quote

Those are two completely different views in your theme folder. The bottom one in your screenshot is the wheel2games view, and the top image you are showing is the textgamesview so, same as like u did with adding that part to the wheel2gamesview....add it also to the textgamesview.xaml below the part about the 3D box <Image x:Name="Cart3DImage" Grid.Column="4" Grid.ColumnSpan="3" Grid.Row="4" Grid.RowSpan="3" Source="{Binding Path=ActiveGame.Cart3DImagePath}" Opacity="100" Panel.ZIndex="5" Stretch="Uniform" HorizontalAlignment="Right" VerticalAlignment="Bottom" Margin="0,0,20,10" RenderOptions.BitmapScalingMode="HighQuality" > <Image.Effect> <DropShadowEffect BlurRadius="15" Direction="-90" RenderingBias="Quality" ShadowDepth="1" /> </Image.Effect> </Image> And your textgamesview.xaml should then look like this: And then u will have achieved what u wanted.
