buttermancan Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 Hello Launchbox community. Sorry for being an incredible Neeeewwwwwb. Basically when I load Bigbox it only shows about half of the platforms that I have. If somebody could point me in the right direction as to what the potential issue could be that would be appreciated. For example I can see Super Nintendo but not Megadrive/Genesis or Atari Lynx. Retro808 Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 What view are you using in BigBox? Platform, Platform Category, etc... Also do you have games actually loaded for those platforms not showing? Any platform you create will not show if you do not have games in it. Quote

brenavich980 Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 Make sure your games aren’t marked as hidden or broken in Launchbox by right clicking and selecting Edit. Quote

For example if I go to my N64 selection on Launchbox I can click on a game select edit and it is not marked as hidden or broken yet in BigBox the N64 category is not even showing Quote

Retro808 Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Definitely and odd scenario. Can you share pics of your launchbox and BigBox with the platform names? If you change themes does it still not show those platforms? Unlikely it is a theme issue, but just curious. Stranger things happen. Quote
