Ill ask this again and hope for a answer this time, did you try importing them to launchbox and if so did you click the box for it to move your games? Because if thats the case they wont be where you think they are.

Okay don't scan your game open RA load a core for PS1 after the core is loaded go to load content and navigate to you PS1 directory and see if the games are there

yes I'm trying to help you do so and to get it working you don't need to scan your games in you just need to load the core and then load the content if they work you can then add them to LB.

your advice did help and the game will start with psx (vanilla not hw) but all I get is a black screen

Okay now there is some useful feedback we can build off of. Black screen can sometimes be caused by a bad bios file. If you load the core and go to info and choose one of the options it will show you what files you need and if they are present along with checksums for them. It will tell you what the file needs to be named exactly.
