jmargel Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 Put my URL and API Key and get the error: Your account cannot be accessed I can login to steam without any issue. Any advice? Quote
scooter1974 Posted June 24, 2019 Posted June 24, 2019 I had the same problem yesterday. Go to https://steamcommunity.com/dev/ and register a new API key. Quote

jmargel Posted June 25, 2019 Author Posted June 25, 2019 Thanks for the reply.. Yes I did. Not sure what's wrong. I tried the URL with a trailing / and without. Still get the same error. Quote
JoeViking245 Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 When I 1st tried, I was having a heck of a time to get it to work. Like you, I tried the URL with and without the trailing slash, with and without the http: and so on. I'm not saying anyone is as slow as me ?, but it wasn't 'til I realized that the Steam Import Wizard wasn't showing an "example" of the URL, it was actually providing the 1st part of it... that I got it to work. So in the empty field, I only needed to enter just my Steam user id name. Quote

Salt Savage Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 I was having the same problem. I was putting the whole thing In Instead of just my user name lol I feel Stupid AF lol Appreciate It tho! ? Quote
eirigance Posted April 5, 2021 Posted April 5, 2021 I am have this same issue. I put in my Steam name (just the name) & my API key & it still tells me I can't import Steam? The only reason I can think is I have no idea what to put for a Domain name, so when I Googled it... on the Steam forum someone said to just put 127.0.0.1 so I did that... Quote
