cslamar Posted October 3, 2019 Posted October 3, 2019 I'm also experiencing this issue. Mine seems to have cropped up after updating to the 10.x releases. I've tried reverting to previous 10.x releases, but the problem persists. Also, no log is written to the Logs directory, so I'm kinda at a loss as to where to look to troubleshoot. Hopefully I'm just missing something simple. Thanks! Quote

Jason Carr Posted April 7, 2021 Posted April 7, 2021 If you're unable to open the options screen, you can reset your settings by deleting the LaunchBox\Data\Settings.xml file. This will reset all of your settings to the defaults. Let us know if that doesn't resolve the issue. It would be good to know what is causing this issue though, so if you're willing, please back up (make a copy of) that Settings.xml file and PM it to me so I can see what might be causing this issue.
