New premium user neve got LaunchBox started

Hello.

As a new user with a premium license purchased yesterday, i've made a fresh install of win 7, all driveres updated. But Launchbox doesn't start.

Here's the log :

Could anyone help? Or could i ask for a refund if not solved?

Hi @Dnet, thanks for the purchase and sorry to hear about the issue. That FileNotFoundException means that there's either something corrupted with the LaunchBox install or something corrupted with the .NET Framework install (most likely the latter). Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling .NET 4.8 from here?

Hello again @Jason Carr

I did re-downloaded and re-install on the default directory presented by the setup  C:\Users\dnet\LaunchBox      and same message.

I've unistalled and try again but now i can not even start to the LaunchBox loading screen with the message "CreateProcess failed; 740 code

Ick. I don't recognize that error code at all. It sounds like somehow something is going seriously wrong on that system, but it's hard to say exactly what it is.

Make sure you've given it a reboot and installed all Windows updates.
