Game theme does not match the wheel theme in some cases yes and not in others, why?

Hello
I do not understand what is happening to me ...
I have many systems in which when moving through the clear logos of
the wheel, the theme that is presented is the game box and the video
within a box (video 3) ... and if I'm going to the game, it also
presents it well, in the same way that I mentioned above (video 4)
... the problem is that there are some systems that I don't know why
... on the subject of the wheel only the video appears (and the clear logo) (video 1) while when I go to the game, if it is well presented, that is, the art of the game inside a box and the video inside a box .. (video 2)
I have reviewed the folders and I have placed the arts in the same places as other systems that if they go well ... I don't understand what could be happening ... I would like video 3 to have the same behavior as video 1 ...
I would appreciate your help.
Sorry for my english from google translator

You likely have those platform set to a different view. BigBox has a setting that allows you to "Remember Separate View for each platform". In the "Views" section in your settings see if you have that checked. If you do have that checked uncheck it and you can make sure all platforms keep the same view. If you do this you need to make sure you change the settings to the view you want.

Or keep it checked and set a button or key in your BigBox mapping for "Change View" and then you can change view while in a theme by using the button or key if you want.

Thank you
but the proposed solution does not seem to work ...
indeed what it proposes has logic, but the fact is that
instead of fixing by putting the platforms that it does
wrong by putting them well, it is the opposite,
if I do what it tells me and eliminate the check in
Remember Separate View for each platform what I get then
is that ALL the platforms do it wrong, putting all the
themes as I put in video 3
.. not only do I not improve but it spoils the rest of
the platforms that if they were doing well ..
I have returned to my initial configuration since you see
it does not work for me ..
By the way my theme is Unified Redux if it seems
to have a lot of importance if I change the theme because
other themes present it in other ways ...
I love this theme and I would like it to be my default
theme and that it works equally well in all the platforms
..

I don't get anything ... it is clear that it is something that has that theme that does not allow it ... or at least I have not found it .. with different combinations I have achieved that the theme in the main wheel each time moves through the wheel is the same as the one in the game, but the problem is that on the wheel I get the theme but the names come out as a list, and I lose the clear logo ... or I have the theme on the wheel or I have the clear logos ... what I don't understand is because this happens to me in a few systems and not in all ... I don't know what differentiates them ...

That is because as you have been told a couple times now you need to change the view.

#1. If you uncheck to box to allow different view per platform you then need to make sure you select the theme you want and then in the menu with the view names listed change the view type for the Games View option. (All themes have multiple views. One of them is a required Text List view which is the one you are seeing without the clear logos. You need to change the view away from Text List)

#2. If you check the box for different views per platform you then need to map and key or button in your BigBox keyboard or controller mapping for the option for "View Change" then go into the platforms that have the wrong view and hit that key or button until you get to the view you want.

The them works perfectly fine. I think you are just misunderstanding what we are telling you to do.

What version Launchbox are you using?

Well, I don´t know, I copy and paste from the googgle translator, sorry

I would not worry about it. We are used to seeing it with translations so it is not a big deal.

I asked about the version to make sure you are not on the beta since there is a new Theme Specific feature and I wanted to make sure you were not using that. Since you are on 11.6 it is not a feature.

No, no, I am not in the Beta I am in the official 11.6 ... I am very new to play with the betas ... even so I have already implemented about 200 platforms ... that is, I control Launchbox a lot but there are things from Bigbox that I still don't understand ... thanks for your patience

Can you post a pic of the Views settings page from your BigBox. Like the image below.

This is how it currently appears to me

Screen 1 In the wheel

Screen 2 Once the game is selected

Screen 3 Configuration options in the views

I have not yet been able to do the proposed steps

The idea (what i would like) is that screen 1 has the same background image as screen 2 but i keep the clear logos so beautiful

Like Neil said you will need to change that Game List View. If the Remember Separate View box was checked and you had to uncheck it you will need to then cycle through the Game View list to get it to change all the platforms. So even though the view might have shown the one you want you would still need to cycle through it to reset all the platforms not on the correct view.
