Launchbox is deleting my images

It happens when i change the category/label of an image, it just disappear, this didn't happen before

That is fixed if you update to the betas.

If you check update to beta releases in the LaunchBox options you can update to the newest beta version where this has been fixed.

I am having the same issue, I am loosing the cover art.  When I force update metadata and images and select don't copy of existing it copies the 10s of thousands of art work and video.  Some categories are fine others lose there image again.  I updated to 11.12 and this started happening.  Any ideas?

Update to 11.14, 11.12 has known issues changing image types in the Add/Edit Game screen
