ghazestor
I'm having this same exact issue on an Odin Pro which has Android 10. My SD card is in portable storage mode and everything can access it fine except Launchbox for Android. mobdro 2022 Edited January 4, 2023 by ghazestor

tallpr24
hey jason, wanted to make a suggestion. Rather than trying to understand Androids weird storage decisions, why dont you put an option to store the media (video snaps, images, audio) on sd card. this way you dont need to move the whole launchbox folder. for example. Retroarch on android has an option to select a different location/directory for overlays and config folders. doing it this way your not really changing permissions and your app stays in the android location withouth causing any issues. what do you think? That wouldn't actually be any different from moving the LaunchBox folder as it is right now, because the "LaunchBox folder" doesn't actually contain the app itself. Only the data and media. Cristagally
Hello everyone, same issue here but I moved the LB folder into my Synology NAS folder (dedicated folder named "Launchbox"). And I have exactly the same issue, unable to have authorization to write blablabla... any ideas how to fix it? (noob inside)
