Hi does anyone know the command parameter to launch Memotech games with Mame on Launchbox? Thank you very much

Try removing -cart and use only mtx512.  

Also, it appears any actual "games" for this system are on cassette media (mtx_cass).  (Assuming it's the games you're after.)  So if removing -cart doesn't work, try using -cass instead.

to use -cass you will need .wav files i think .

I'm not certain on this but I think that only MEMU, a dedicated Memotech emulator, can handle the mtx format properly.
I use MAME with the software list folder mtx_cass which has the files in the game zips in wav format and I use the LaunchBox Parameters below and things work ok.
