Hi Nixx, remember that who plays at lightgun games use demulshooter as in my case. I have 2 Ultimarc Aimtrak. If you need help in any test i follow this topic everyday. Thanks. 🙏🏾

I use full joystick mode as Dinput, not rawinput. Demulshooter is auto run on game launch, but it's only used for crosshair removal and recoil outputs, not for managing inputs.
Gun4ir, Sinden, Wiimote (with lichtknarre) support this. And i guess the Aimtrak too as i saw the option in their utility tool.
For demulshooter, I want to simplify the process to get outputs to the gun and be able to get them directly from the app and not from mamehooker (even if i will leave an option to run mamehooker as well)I don't know the aimtrak gun very well, but from what i saw, it's not possible to trigger recoil outputs for this gun ?
So far, i plan to auto-manage outputs for Sinden (with an home made custom driver software) and Gun4ir.

Also, with this gun, how do you bind Coin/Start ? Do you bind them to other device (like buttons on an arcade pad or keyboard ?)

And depending of the device plugged, it will show the inputs. Here is in xinput if you only have gamepad pluged.

But if you set device as lightgun and they are plugged, you will get one of those.
I try to fit the game inputs to the selected device in a way i think it's the most fit. I have some custom code that allow me to bind multiple buttons to the same action, so i abuse that on gun that have multiple buttons. (Ah, and the sinden gun have multiple variation depending of the pump configuration)

This looks like an absolute godsend for me, if I've read correctly whats its doing lol.

I have come to find out that I have to reconfigure my controls for the gamepads and lightgun every time I load up Teknoparrot after I've shut down my PC which you can imagine is an absolute pain.   I was looking at modifying a script posted in the Gun4ir discord for Supermodel that picks up the device IDs and changes the corresponding values in the ini file but looking through the TP XMLs it may be beyond my scope.

At this time I cannot produce the log because I do not have the computer available. 

The error on exit of the game is identical in both the previous and this latest version, I had already talked about it here, the difference is that in this latest version I have one more problem: the image of the autoxinput commands is not displayed. Currently I am back to the previous version, the error image I posted refers to the previous version, in the new version only the error is displayed without obviously the underlying image because precisely it is not displayed

Thanks, i'm not giving much news, but the project is still active and in developpement.
Doing update regulary on the github, but it's not just in a state where i can push a public release for now.

Please forgive me if this has already been covered, but does your program support launching via LB/BB? If so, how would I go about setting that up? I rely on not only your xinput key mappings, but also the feature that changes my monitor resolution and refresh rate on game launch and close. Thank you so much for all of the incredible work.

Yes, see the first and second post. You can just run it in command line, like this

TeknoparrotAutoXinput.exe "C:\teknoparrot\UserProfiles\Daytona3.xml"

Awesome app! Exactly what I was looking for.

I just wanna confirm that I set it up correctly. I got most that I tried to work...

I set the Application Path to: TeknoparrotAutoXinput.exe

I unchecked the box to "Remove Quotes" and also deleted the default --profile- command (or however you write it) that's in the Default Command Line Parameters.

Anything I'm missing?

Hi mate, I've tried your latest version V0.10 and am still having the issue I mentioned a few posts above with not being able to scroll down and select save on a 4K screen with scaling at 250%.

Sorry, it was so long, i don't remember if the V0.10 has the design intended to fix your issue.
Again, sorry for the delay, i'm still working on it and i hope i will be able to rlz next version soon.
Still actively working on it, I added quite a lot of option and the configuration UI is kinda a mess, so to simplify things, so, right now, i'm working on a Wizard.

Wow, to have auto-configured light guns looks amazing! I have been trying to use scripts to do something similar with RetroArch and SuperModel as windows likes to change mouse indexes randomly. Hope to try this newest build soon.. maybe even find a way to do something similar with RA and SuperModel.

How do we install this?  I have created a fresh  V0.10 install but the TAXPatches.0.9.full.7z just has patch.json and 20'000 files in with no extensions and I'm not sure what to do with it.
