Controller issues are fixed for me in latest beta. Out of curiosity, any chance the Horizontal Wheel 3 view makes a return in the new Default?

Confirming controller issue (Xbox One) on Beta 6

I can't pin down when this started happening, but I believe it might be 12.13 onward. I've noticed sometimes when I try to open an emulator within BB using the option ("Open Xenia", etc), the window will open in the background for some reason. I have to alt-tab to it. It does not always happen, and it doesn't appear to be with certain emulators in particular. I've also noticed it when I open the folder for the game. It seems that opening any window seems to happen in the background. Not sure if it's LB related or not, but didn't have that issue in the past.

To add to that, when Viewing a Manual in the Pause Screen, it opens in a smaller window. Also noticed that Page Up and Page Down don't seem to work when using the controller for me.

I honestly never knew there was a Views category under Options, that's very helpful. I always assumed you had to go to Manage Themes and change the view within there. Thanks for the explanation!

On the previous Betas, it seemed to default to FullScreen CoverFlow once you went inside a system. I used to like Horizontal Box view, but I don' see that anywhere either. Is there somewhere to change the view?

My bad, I should clarify. What I meant was that for Beta 3, when loading the Default theme, it presents in Vertical list view for me. Betas 1-2 had a horizontal view when I loaded the new Default. I don't see any options under Manage themes for the Default theme showing different view options.

I'm sure this goes without saying, but will there be options to use the Default Theme views like in Beta 1-2 in the future?

My Xbox controller seems to have issues with the beta. It stopped working after using it to switch the new Default theme. It also froze when I hit a button to skip my Startup video

The few that I've tried have worked, I'll check more and let you know tonight. I did notice that PCSX2 doesn't seem to find all the games within it's interface when you point it to the Game Location folder, so I'm not sure if that plays any part of it. But I'm still able to launch them with command line

Was just gonna say I had some luck with getting rid of those parameters like you mentioned too

Hey everyone, The PCSX2 team has released the QT build of PCSX2. Unfortunately, the default emu setup I've been using with PCSX2 doesn't seem to launch games with the QT UI. Has anyone had any luck getting it to work in LB?

I tried out ZArchive, wasn't able to do bulk conversion but I'm probably doing it wrong

Hey xevious, I've got them as Playlists under Arcade. Maybe switching them to platforms would actually solve my problem

Hey LB team, I've been using the MAME Full Set Importer for the last couple of MAME updates to download and update the emulator. I did run into something that I just noticed however. I have Daphne and American Laser Game playlists under my Arcade category, which use different emulators than MAME. However, I've noticed that these games/playlists are being reconfigured to use MAME when the MAME Updater in the Full Set Import is being used. Is there any way to get around this? I supposed I could manually update MAME, but the Full Set Importer is very convenient and easy to use. Thanks!

I had a similar error to erdybirdy, mine was with using Horizontal Wheel View 3 on the default Critical Zone theme in Big Box. I attached the screenshot below

Thanks JoeViking an Faeran, that is a good explanation. When I go to update the MAME emulator each time a new release comes out, is that command line going to automatically be put back in?

Thanks LB team, the controller bug is fixed for me as well. Another quick question: has the default MAME command line argument been changed at some point recently? The reason I ask is because I currently have my ROMS and CHDs in 2 separate locations; both are set up as ROM directories within MAME itself, and games can launch fine from MAME standalone, even if the game has a CHD. However, when I try to launch any games that require a CHD in MAME thru LB, it doesn't load. I saw the "-rompath %romlocation%" argument in the MAME emulator command line. Could that have anything to do with it?
