Hyperspin 2.0 is in beta also which I am excited to try when it’s out of beta. I will have to try NeoStation as well. I thought Launchbox and Bigbox would be the last thing I would need for my cab but as you stated it’s getting slower and crashes too much.

I’m not experiencing the black videos but get a lot of crashing to desktop which seems to be affecting a lot of users. I do have an Nvidia card so you think this could help my problem with crashes? Weird that it normally crashes within the hour but if it doesn’t crash within the hour it doesn’t crash at all.

I do not see a .NET error just this in eventviewer. Also attached the launchbox log. Same here. Dedicated PC with intel 127k and Nvidia 3070 with 32 gigs of ram. Love my cab but agree not loving the crashes especially when people are over.

So I took your advice for Playstation and downloaded the ones from (Cont alt def) and it still took time to say the least. I put them in the correct folder but the names didnt match so they were not showing. I went through and renamed them to match the video names Launchbox uses. I'm guessing this is why when we sync media we dont get all the themes? Seem like it would be a task to make sure every theme is named properly and sorted to the correct playlist. I wouldn't know where to begin with trying to add collection themes to my system but I'd love to but I would prefer them under my systems like Nintendo, Playstation.. for me to check every system and see what Castlevania theme or Crash Bandicoot theme I'm missing would take a while. Honestly I was looking at some of the collection themes and reading the game name I had no idea what system it was for. I know I could google them all but again that would take quite a bit of time. It would be nice to have them named properly and sorted per system so we could just drop them in the correct themes folder per system. I feel like themes dont get the love they got in Hyperspin but I thank all of the theme creators, every time a see a cool theme it gets me excited to add it which gets me back on my machine when I've taken a break.

I tried that but wasn’t able to get it working. The batch file worked perfect and now it closes with no problems too!

Just curious.. I see the game window title part but looking at this I have know idea how its calling the batch file to run and close? What part is doing that??

This works great!!!!! Exactly what I was looking for. I'm with you on most Teknoparrot games but this one is actually fun and better than the Mame version. Thanks again this will make playing it on my cab so much nicer!!! Crazy you know how to do this stuff lol!!!! I really appreciate your help!!

Thank you. I don’t use collections personally. I’d like to see game themes - Super Nintendo, Game themes - Palystation 1, Game themes Playststion 2…. Etc. This would make it easier to drag and drop. but I really appreciate all the work your putting in and your themes are amazing!!

You are correct. I have it as an additional app. The last way is the older way i believe and a batch file was made to avoid all those steps. I think I found the window titles for the batch file and the game file below which is Teknobudgie. The game itself is a bin file. There is also the Teknoparrot window running as well. I'm not very good with AHK any suggestions on how to do what you said above in the batch file I attached with the windows names? Not sure how much work this entails so if its a lot no big deal. Sorry when I say consoles I mean the games for the consoles not the console themes. When I click on my PlayStation wheel and go into the games part there are a lot of games that don’t have themes. I think I misspoke when I said consoles. I meant games for certain consoles are missing.

Ok thanks Joe. Ya I was referring to when Teknoparrot closes. To run Golden Tee I need to run a batch file first to start the online database or the game won’t run and this batch file closes with a key press so I would need Teknoparrot to close then a key press sent. Maybe I’ll see if I can get the batch file to run minimized then I will be hitting keys playing or scrolling after that anyway I’m sure.

I was able to just run it full screen for now by adjusting resolution . Would anyone know how to send a keypress on exit? I put send {f12} I think lol ChatGPT gave me this script SendF12() { Sleep, 500 Send, {F12}

These are great! Thanks for doing this. The only thing missing and what I personally would like would be consoles. No one has ever gone through and did complete themes for consoles. I have some from emumovies but like I mentioned before Atari and PlayStation or even PlayStation 2 don’t have complete sets and I know there is a bunch more consoles that don’t have complete sets. Thanks again for your work!!

Has anyone gotten this to run and with a bezel? I can get it to launch using the pre application to start the server but need to known how to close the server. I’m guessing there needs to be key stroke sent on exit? Also no idea how to get a bezel to load. I downloaded Arccabview but can’t figure out how to get the bezel to appear. There is no game exe. Any help would be appreciated!

These are great but like you mentioned a little all over the place as far as systems. I would love to see PlayStation -full set then click on Atari 2600 - full set. Not download a bunch of files and move each one to their folders. I did not see full system sets on your Patreon and fortunately I don’t know how you would prevent them from shared but I would rejoin or even pay for full system sets.

I personally love video game themes and use some of yours. I notice most of your themes are for newer games. It would be nice to have sets of older systems like Atari, Sega, and the original PlayStation done. I was a Patreon before and found a handful of game themes on your site I could use but always wished there were complete sets for consoles done.

While I’m not experiencing that problem it would be nice to be a little faster and smoother. With that being said can’t you just roll back to an older version with less features?

I get the same thing. Switching over to Windows media player has reduced it but hasn’t stopped it. For me it would normally crash after about 20 minutes but sometimes run for up to 8 hours with no problem so it’s hard to pinpoint. I have reported in the beta section because it happens even with the new beta.

On a side note it would be nice to have the option to skip the metadata update when I just did it 5 times in a row. I wish I had the option to just download media. It would be saving me a lot of time.
