  1. When i go to Tools> Download>Platform/Playlist/Category Theme Videos I get an Error and LaunchBox is forced Closed. I have reinstalled Version 12.3 over top of existing 12.3 but it didnt help. I clicked report error but when i got into bitbucket, I decided to come to the forum instead. This is on Windows10 64bit if it matters. This is the Error Message: Value cannot be null. (Parameter 's') App: LaunchBox Version: 12.3 Type: System.ArgumentNullException Site: Byte[] FromBase64String(System.String) Source: System.Private.CoreLib at System.Convert.FromBase64String(String s) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Rijndael.QueryTransformerTests(Object ) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Rijndael.Decrypt(String value, String key, String seed) at StrategyCode.InitTransformerCustomer(String value, String key, String seed, StrategyCode ) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Rijndael.Decrypt(String value, Guid key, Guid seed) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Desktop.Forms.DownloadPlatformVideosForm.DeleteSupportedListener(Object , Guid , Guid ) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Desktop.Forms.DownloadPlatformVideosForm.PrintAwareFilter() at ProcAdapter.RunScopePublisher(Object , ProcAdapter ) at Unbroken.LaunchBox.Windows.Desktop.Forms.DownloadPlatformVideosForm.ViewAwareFilter() at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart_Context(Object state) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state) --- End of stack trace from previous location where exception was thrown --- at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart() Recent Log: 5:51:38 PM Exception
  2. I saw that Launchbox version 12.0 was released yesterday at launchbox-app.com/about/changelog but i am not able to update to it via the hamburger menu>Help>Check for Updates method. Is there another method to try that will make this update happen ?
  3. In Version 11.17 I imported Mame Arcade Fullset 0.235 today and decided to hide games that i didnt want to see instead of deleting them as i have done in the past so that next time i import a fullset they won't appear again. When i clicked OK after ticking the Hide box in Edit, poof, right back to the top of the platform. This had been an issue in a previous version last year-2020 and the fix was to disable Dynamic Box Sizing. I checked the Dynamic Box Sizing to make sure it was off and it was so i right clicked to edit another game but instead clicked cancel and the screen didnt go back to the top of the platform. Then i Right clicked to edit again and then hit OK without changing anything, again the screen stayed in the correct place and didnt scroll back to top of platform. Right clicked to edit same game again but this time i ticked the Hide Box and OK, poof, right back to the top of the platform. I tried with Dynamic Box Sizing in both conditions and got same result. I also tried it with Enable Box Shadows On/Off since that setting is in the same place but i got the same result. Is there another fix that my searches havent uncovered ? ***edit -- i also rebooted and refreshed all images
  4. Yes you can change it, with keyboard once you select Default Startup View, you can hit the enter key to cycle through options. Or with xbox one controller as i have it setup i just hit A to cycle through options.
  5. Just for informational purposes: I'm using Mame 0.233 and after following Retro808''s suggestion pubball.zip imported, i then changed the game name to Power-Up Baseball, then changed the emulator to Mame, then downloaded images from Edit tab and got 9 images, i probably did not have all boxes checked, seldom do. Game launches fine on mine in Mame and in Launchbox.
  6. I had this same issue with Power-Up Baseball and your Retroarch workaround did the trick on my machine. I do wonder why the workaround is needed though. Thanks @Retro808
