  1. To be honest, I'm not very familiar with that hardware, and also not really all that familiar with how well emulators run on AMD hardware. I'm sorry @luger81, but I'm not really going to be much help here.
  2. All I can figure is that maybe it has to do with the startup screens. Does this stuff happen if you disable the startup screens?
  3. Love this @harryoke!
  4. @int3 I *think* I know why. In order to use the IBigBoxThemeElementPlugin interface, you have to implement it from a WPF/XAML control, and then use that control in a custom theme. That was the point of that type of plugin when it was built. If you're looking to do it without a custom theme, you would need to use one of the other interfaces, such as the ISystemEventsPlugin, as you've done. Is there a reason why that won't work?
  5. By the way, the controller lag issues made sense and I was able to fix them, but I'm completely lost on any other bugs with the themes manager, such as images not loading, etc. Do keep in mind that images will only show up for themes that are available and have been approved on the server; if "Latest Version Available" is listed as "Unknown", then the theme hasn't been uploaded yet and nothing will show up for it. You'll be able to uninstall it or apply it, but that's about it. If it's taking forever to load up the themes manager, it's probably some sort of a connectivity issue.
  6. Beta 4 is out now with the following: Hopeful fixes for the controller lag in the themes manager Theme likes have been implemented I'm still going to town on the web interface for uploading new themes, so hopefully I'll have that ready at some point next week.
  7. @alexposad I never notified you (sorry for that), but the Russian translation is available (I put it into a previous beta). Let me know how it goes for testing.
  8. @Swiddzy If you're experiencing issues with starting and stopping games, most likely it's related to the startup screens. The first thing to try is disabling the startup screens. Let me know if that fixes it for you, and if you provide me with details on what emulator you're using, I can troubleshoot it further. As far as I am aware, all issues related to this that have come up in the past have been resolved. If you know of another topic where it has not, please link me and I'll follow up.
  9. Beta 3 is out now with a hopeful fix for the issue with the theme details not loading, as well as the following: List of installed themes with updates available List of recently updated themes List of newly available themes Support for startup themes Unfortunately, most of the above additions aren't very useful currently because of how few themes we have up there at this point. I haven't added any startup themes yet, so there's nothing available to download, though you can still manage your installed themes. My next objective is to finish the theme uploader web forms so that we can get the theme lists decently populated.
  10. Yeah, I can see this being useful if you like to change your main theme often. It's certainly tricky due to the whole "different themes for each platform" thing. Really all we need is an easy way to back up and save settings, which would be a more generic solution that would help out in a number of other ways as well. That could even be done by a plugin I think, but I'll put that on the list for the next poll.
  11. Make sure you have the latest versions of both of those themes. Have you updated them since the 9.5 release?
  12. Looks to be being caused by the Ao.Bigbox plugin. What theme are you using?
  13. Yeah, a second one might help.
  14. @Beetlejuice29 Unfortunately I cannot give you permission to include any ROMs (of course we don't have the rights to them), nor any media (as we don't really own any of those either), but yes, you can certainly include the free version of LaunchBox on any cabs that you sell.
  15. I think that explains it, thanks. I'll get a new beta out soon.
  16. The option is in the new Themes Manager. I have not changed the stuff that was there before. There's a "Set as Main Theme" option in the themes manager.
  17. Can you turn on debug logging under LaunchBox > Tools > Options > Debugging > Enable Debug Logs? Then you can look in the LaunchBox\Logs folder and send me the latest log so I can look to see what might be happening. I might need to add some additional reporting though in a new beta, not sure yet. If you can give it a shot though I'd appreciate it.
  18. This looks amazing @int3; what an awesome idea. The IBigBoxThemeElementPlugin.OnSelectionChanged sounds like the right way to go. Basically, you'd have to implement that interface, and yes, you'd have to add methods for each of those methods on the interface, but you could just make them do nothing. If you implement that interface on a new class, it should be firing. Let me know if you can't get it to work and post the code and I'll help get it figured out.
  19. Ah, thanks. Not sure why that's happening...yet. What language are you using in LaunchBox/Big Box?
  20. Can you screenshot what you mean by this? My understanding was that the list of themes was not scrolling down, which is what I fixed.
  21. Hi @nosh, that makes sense. That was actually on the last community poll, and did get fairly high results, so it is actually planned (at least as far as game boxes and such). Should be coming soon.
  22. Assuming I'm understanding correctly, this should already be possible. Just choose "Apply as Main Theme" and then press No when prompted to replace the theme for platforms and playlists.
  23. Beta 2 is out now with fixes for all of the above issues, at least as far as I can tell. Let me know if anyone runs into any further bugs with the theme manager.
