Spoke too soon. Seems the issue with BB is back

It just hangs in Dolphin. so I figured out the problem. I originally had probably a stable release. I had version 5.0.149 I think, apparently I had an option checked for dolphin to look for and download an update once a month. It downloaded an update that I guess was broken with exiting BB even though everything else worked. I updated to a current build and it exits just fine now out of both LB and BB. Now the only issue is the Dolphin menu and the black windowed starting up screen pop up. Wasn't there some kind of thing you type in to hide those? What files can I transfer from my old file to this new download?

Yes I do it for both. for the Wii I use the ESC key because the way the Wii controller works with the Mayflash bar I can't set up a shortcut the way I have other systems with my xbox one controller. I'm thinking it's an issue with the Mayflash dolphin bar but not sure why since I can exit LB fine and it's just an issue with BB.

So I check and my edit emulator screen looks the same with -b and -e. Again when exiting a Wii game in LB things work fine. When I press ESC in BB screen goes black and nothing happens.

I'm using the Dolphin standalone. What does -e do? I'll check my system when I get a chance to see what I have in that box.

When I exit a game in LB things work fine. But when I exit a game by pressing the ESC key I get a black screen and nothing happens. Even trying to bring up task manager doesn't work. I have to ctrl alt delete and log out for things to exit. Has anyone else had this happen before?

I seem to have found a fix for both BB and LB. In Dolphin there is an option to continually scan for devices. I checked that box and the wiimote stayed paired and worked fine. Now I just need to figure out how to get the audio to work on the controller speaker.

I'm having almost the same issue. I tried a game in LB and in the upper left corner a pop up says something about controller in port 1 disconnected, I'll double check what it said tomorrow in case that might help. Anyways I opened dolphin and started a game and the controller worked fine. But when I start a game in LB the controller disconnects. Has there been anyone that knows how to fix this?

I ended up finding a video on YouTube were someone used FileZilla to move files from their PS3 to their computer. I'll try that after I try copying a game. Just wish I could get the SSD I have to work with my PS3.

So I have a fat PS3 which may or may not be dying and I want to copy my games to use with RPCS3. I found a YouTube video where someone demonstrates using multiman on a PS3 to copy the disc to an external drive and then play the game from the external drive. My issue is getting the PS3 to recognize my 1tb ssd. I was able to format it to Fat32 and my computer sees the drive fine but when I plug in the ssd to my PS3 I don't see anything. Anyone have an idea of what to do to get the PS3 to recognize my drive? The reason I'm trying to use a 1tb drive is because I have a bunch of games and I'm not sure how big the games will be and I don't think I have a large enough flash drive for one single game.

CRAP! I guess I'll just download 206 and then make sure I keep up to date with the rest of the updates.

I have 204 non-merged and I see that 206 is out now. I went looking for the 205 update pack and it says that the download link is disabled on PD. Do I need that or can I skip it and get the 206 update?

What's this wireless sensor bar you mention? That sounds like what I'm looking for if I can get things working right again.

Yeah IF I were to get my tv and computer to recognize each other and play nice the usb cable would need to be probably 30 feet to go up the wall, across the attic, and back down the far wall. I'm gonna probably have to move my computer since my damn tv says there is no signal even though it does show the Asus start up screen when I turn it on.

Thanks 4.5 feet should work fine. Recently the way I had my system set up something has stopped working so I'll have to move my system closer to my tv so it should work fine. My gaming computer was located in the back of the room close to the couch and an HDMI cable is running through the wall up to my tv. That way my entertainment center looks clean and nothing around it. Too bad you can't add a usb extension cable to get a longer reach. As for my second question for some reason I thought there were different dolphin bars.

For anyone who has a Dolphin Bar, how long is the USB cable? Which version is the best to use?

I googled and found a video. The video had an eBay link and this is what else they sell Marquee screens

What an awesome setup. I did some googling after seeing your marquee setup and found there is a way to get a custom lcd screen that is the size of an arcade marquee. But it costs a bit.

So should the video path be auto populated when I create a playlist or do I have to add videos manually? I just checked a few and they didn't have a video listed. If I have to edit each thing individually this will take awhile. Also is there a way to add more than one video?

Is there anyone who has an answer for this? There are lots of videos that seem to be either labeled wrong or LB is looking in the wrong place.

does the update pack come in a non merged version? I checked PD and didn't see that option for non merged.

I noticed there is a new .205 MAME release. I have the old .204 non merged set. How do I update? Do I just download the new set and delete the old one? What do I do with Launchbox for the new set?
