I have a full library of all consoles up to Ps2. I used windows deduplication so that I can store images without compressions but still save on more disk space than compression as it dedupes on the bit level. Let’s me save over 4TB vs undeduped for my current 16TB rom collection

with the new launchbox version having additional playslits like 2 player and fighting playlists for Arcade MAME games can we get silver sring logos for those?

I’ve got 3 8TB drives in a 15TB Raid 5 and about 12TB deduped using DiskZip Max (to save on space) in Console, Computer and Arcade Rome from the 1st generation consoles up until the PS2 generation. Still gathering the PS3 and Xbox360 and Wii stuff but as they are DVD and Blu-ray size I decided to get every game for the PlayStation consoles and for other consoles only the exclusives so I don’t have duplicate titles. Was gonna ask if you could add Weather and Time to Minimal AO as it is the perfect theme except for not seeing the time, will this new theme have that or is an update to Minimal AO for time possible as I love the silver color and being able to have a video as my background rather than a picture

I'm at 10TB and 66K games compressed/dedupedb sitting on a 8TBX3 Raid 5 I tried to get as many systems as possible with unique roms for each. Once I reached the systems that used large disc images like Wii and Gamecube I decided to get only the complete sets for PlayStation 1, 2 and 3 and the exclusives for other systems within the same generation like Mario or Halo games so I wasn't getting the same disc/image game on multiple systems. Naomi is the Arcade board of Dreamcast bascilly so the best emulator is the standalone Demul, The Retroarch cores for Dreamcast aren’t that great Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If there is a Retroarch core that is as compatible with the games you want to play for a particular system as a standalone emulator then Reotrarch is a no brainer. The only system I use a standalone emulator for that Retroarch supports is Dreamcast because the standalone is more compatible Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So software list roms have to be in Mame format basically? I have no clue were to get Mame format roms for most of the other non MAME Arcade systems Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have my MESS systems in Platforms under Launchbox and they are not named according to the MESS xml/MAME structure or whatever and I have all BIOS files for each system With standalone MAME I can get everything working with the command lines however I would like to use Retroarch and get rid of MAME standalone WIth Mame Latest Retroarch core I cannot get any of those commands to work. Is there anyway to get it to work without placing roms in Retroarch\system\mame folder and renaming the roms to MAME format? If so how do I need to setup Retroarch command lines within Launchbox? Thanks!

Yes to both I did a refresh all images and populate all and no go only Noshthis theme seems to use the Playlists images within that the images folder. (For Banners at least that theme didn't have a CleAr Logo Playlists folder, I created one for the other themes I tested within the Playlists folder which I also created for the other themes and placed images png named after the Playlists I have in Launchbox
