I'm having a similar issue. I'm on the verge of wiping windows and reinstalling. I've tried the suggestions in this thread, and nothing is fixing it. I've used bigbox for 5 years. I recently upgraded to a 3080 ti, but I don't think that's the issue. I don't have this problem when I boot in safe mode, but I can't pinpoint the driver or service that's causing it. That's great! I was looking for something with solid colors instead of the gradients though if possible. This was the best I could come up with, but I don't know how to clean it up and recolor it properly (This was done with a lot of cutting and pasting in paint 3d lol). Thank you for your work!
