  1. It works correctly in safe mode. I just wish I could pinpoint what's causing it.
  2. Do you recognize any third party services from the screenshots I posted?
  3. No, I think I may have to wipe windows and see if it helps
  4. I'm having a similar issue. I'm on the verge of wiping windows and reinstalling. I've tried the suggestions in this thread, and nothing is fixing it. I've used bigbox for 5 years. I recently upgraded to a 3080 ti, but I don't think that's the issue. I don't have this problem when I boot in safe mode, but I can't pinpoint the driver or service that's causing it. I've attached screenshots of all of the services I have running as well as a video of the problem in case someone can help. 644462309_PXL_20220624_0150417306.mp4
  5. Here's a better copy of "The Card Battle". I can't find anything better for the other. Thanks for all of your time!
  6. Could someone help with this one as well?
  7. Could someone do this one? Thanks!
  8. This is kind of obscure, but could someone do this for the switch?
  9. That's great! I was looking for something with solid colors instead of the gradients though if possible. This was the best I could come up with, but I don't know how to clean it up and recolor it properly (This was done with a lot of cutting and pasting in paint 3d lol). Thank you for your work! I really appreciate it.
  10. Would anyone be kind enough to create an Arcade Platform Category Logo based on this logo? If you could create multiple color variations, that would be amazing. Thank you!
  11. Thanks for the response. I can't wait to try the new one. I didn't think anything would pull me away from colorful, but this theme is my new go to.
  12. Is there any way you could create a matching playlist platform category clear logo?
  13. Honestly, this startup theme inspired me to start messing with it. I spent a couple hours last night trying to figure how to make it work. No luck so far. The colorful theme is perfect, and your themes have it a cohesive experience. I tried using the main colorful theme as reference, but I couldn't figure out where the code was to use them provided clear logos. That could probably be altered for the controller icons. No luck finding it yet though.
  14. Sounds great! Is there a way to code the theme to display the controller images based on the platform dynamically? That way, there would only be a need for one default xaml. I was able to tweak my own default. Xaml to pull the platform clear logos from the launchbox directory, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get it to select a controller image. If you coded it like that, all you would have to do to update the theme is add new images for controllers.
  15. I love this, but I think the latest version is missing a default startup theme.
  16. As suggested a few posts back, try changing the input driver to RAW. I had given up on this a long time ago. I only read through the last few posts because of you posting today. This fixed everything for me.
  17. Thank you so much for this suggestion. I had given up trying to get this working correctly. Changing the input driver to raw fixed all of my problems.
  18. That's the really weird part.. The only slow motion option I see doesn't have a button assigned to it in the GUI. I tried setting retroarch to require a button combination for hot keys. Still didn't fix the issue. I hear ya. Didn't mean to get sensitive. It's late, and I'm cranky.
  19. I've tried that. if I change the controller automation controls through launchbox, I get the same issue with the new combo. I've also tried adding "nul" to all instances of slow motion in the retroarch config files. That has no effect.
  20. I apologise, I could have been more clear. Quoting the OP, "if I try to use adjust the volume with control automation while I'm playing , Retroarch shows a bottom/left message that says "null", afterward the control does not respond anymore" I'm having the exact same issue. However, with the mednafen PSX core rather than saying "null" it either opens the disc drive or toggles slow motion. I've tried everything I can think of to get this to stop happening. Any ideas? I realize I may have worded my original post a little wonky, but I'm not sure why you seemed to respond so aggressively. I'm essentially having the exact same issue as the OP. I was only wondering if anyone has found a workaround. Is there any way to turn off controller automation on a per emulator basis?
  21. Has anyone figured this out? It's been driving me crazy for a couple days now. BTW, if controller automation is turned off, the key combo does nothing to retroarch. It has to be a signal from launchbox/bigbox causing the issue. For most games, it's not really a big deal. I turn off on screen notifications, so I don't see "null". In PSX games, the volume buttons trigger a disc eject/slow motion. This happens even with a fresh retroarch install.
  22. I've tried that. Sadly, they are also hidden in the playlist.
  23. I'm not sure if this is already possible, but is there any way to hide games that are in playlists so that they don't also show up under the platform? I've added a playlist that I'm using to group all of my hacks and fan-made games. I'd like to hide them from the platform so that only official games show up under the platform. Is there currently any way to do this? Maybe an option to either show or not show hidden roms under a particular playlist? That way I could mark all hacks as "hidden". Another option could be to set an additional checkbox under games for hacks, and the option to hide hacks under the platform.
