  1. you should probably take pics of your setup because to me its not making any sense. Rotation is typically handled via windows display settings.
  2. please .zip up your Launchbox Data folder and email it to me
  3. side effect of using GPU shader effects, the capture is using the native image prior to GPU effect being applied, so when you see the .pngs they dont have the CRT, rotation etc.. effect applied to them.
  4. Main screen, click modifiers, select wheel item templates, edit a new template. Once done you can refer to this template in your wheel on your view
  5. did you create your own wheel item template? if so, you need to add a Text element to display the game name or filter item when no image exists
  6. publish will place the theme in the Themes folder, once in big box select the theme and once you have selected a platform, hit the view key to toggle thru the game views until you land on this one, or go back to CTC and click theme settings and specify the game view you wish to go into initially, then publish
  7. You mean when you run it in bigbox? What video engine are you using in bigbox? If vlc switch to wmp and see if it works. The editor uses wmp
  8. i dont usually check postings here as support is done via my patreon site, but yes there is a way to force videos to fill a space, assuming the video doesnt have a hardcoded top and bottom border. I am assuming the video example is 16:9 Add a Dock Element, set it to full screen, then set its horizonal and vertical alignment to center. Move the selected item video element inside the dock element, then change the video element to autosize (both width and heigh) and change the horizonal and vertical alignment to center.
  9. yep! that's what i thought, these files are overwriting the CTC generated files. not sure why you put them in there but they don't belong there, so get rid of them and re-publish your theme and you'll be all set.
  10. not even close, you either have a platform specific version you keep editing and an old Default TextGamesView (or vice versa) is in play or you added a TextGamesView.XAML file to the Theme and when published it is ignoring your version.
  11. Wait… are you saying that you don’t get the game details list when you click a game in bigbox? If so, then yes there is an option in bigbox plus you can enable/disable view the theme specific options in CTC
  12. I’m not understanding what you are trying to achieve, when you select a game from ANY game view you will be sent to the Textgamesview and the list will show Play game etc.. beyond that what else are you wanting to display?
  13. @Eviljubs TextGamesView - the list is swapped out when in Game Details, if you want to display or hide elements when in/out of Game Details, use the IsInGameDetails value when editing TextGamesView, enable the GamePad and clicking the A/B buttons will toggle the IsInGameDetails. and why oh why is that Portrait Theme being developed in a Horizontal mode ? These aspect ratios dont work for you ?
