Here is the last (?) batch of Unified Refried Genre videos I put together - I've included videos, logos, frames, and backgrounds.
Unfortunately not all the names are consistent. Sorry. This took forever.
I'm not taking credit for everything here. I used Retrohumanoid's backgrounds and style. I also downloaded most of the resources from all over the web.
I created many of my own logos, put most of the graphics together - some are good, many are okay, and some are poor (I had to figure out how to make these).
If anyone wants, needs, or deserves credit for the use of their graphics - please let me know - I'm happy to list you here or take out the offending items. 
More to come if people want it. Please let me know if I'm missing any? About 200 different genres included (check my other uploads).

and special thanks to Retrohumanoid (I'm using his backgrounds - that I slightly  modified -  and his signature style - of course).
I needed these (and a bunch more) and I hope they are of some use to others. If there are any special requests or changes - let me know.
Additionally, if Retrohumanoid - has an issue with me doing these - I'll find a way to modify them (new backgrounds I think).
Hope people like them. I would definitely appreciate constructive criticism - I've only been working on them for a few days. More to come...
 
Edit - I took down an earlier version I made for Rail Shooters - it had problems.

A collection of playlists and clear logos for the top games from a a large number of consoles, computers, and handhelds. Most folders contain a Gold, silver, bronze, and best playlist (which combines the bronze, silver, and gold)
Below you will find links to all the spreadsheets for the sources I used to compile the data. REMINDER: These are not in order of “Best” these are in order of mentions based upon aggregating a number of “Best of” lists. In some cases, smaller lists, or higher ranked games were given greater weight to arrive at a more balanced list.
 I have omitted some systems - either because there weren’t enough quality games released, games are still being released, or I don’t have them in my Launchbox set-up (yet).

I present a labor-of-love. It is a project that I have been working on for a while. It is part-theme and part-playlist.
Basically, it's a historical look through Nintendo's console history with playlists designed to capture the best of every release (in 20, 50, and 100 game lists). Included in the zip file are customized clear logos, XML playlist files, and downloaded Youtube commercials.
The Best of Nintendo - Please check out the video and let me know what you think.
Notes:
*I started by aggregating data into spreadsheets for each console. Based upon review scores, polls, and web lists, I created my own lists of the best, most important, successful, or under-appreciated games for each console. Spreadsheets with sources here.

*I created clear logos for each playlist. I used a variety of sources from the web and the clear logo collection in the Unified theme pack as starting resources. I haven't used Photoshop in quite a while, but it was fun getting back into it. If you have any requests or suggestions regarding the logos, please let me know.
*Then I scoured Youtube seeking interesting and funny commercials for each platform. Clearly, I could not find many of them in high quality. For many videos, I had to edit out intros or outros. Apologies to original uploaders for not giving proper credit. If anyone has suggestions or higher quality versions of these commercials, please let me know.
*Grabbed general console information from Wikipedia - slight editing.
*Used a combination of the excellent Unified theme, Coverbox theme, Famicom theme , and BG Clean theme for the game lists.
*Obviously Game & Watch is not a real top 10 - I'm still waiting on Mame to start emulating some of the more popular releases.
*Nintendo 3DS and Wii U are limited to top 20 for now. Also waiting for emulation to catch up with these newer platforms.
*Big thanks to Colpipes78 for the great set-ups, implementing Rocket Launcher, media, roms, and making my life (and many others) a thousand times easier. 
 I hope some of you find parts of it useful.

Hey Folks,
In conjunction with the project I'm working on, I have compiled three "best of" lists for the Nintendo Entertainment System. I have included a top 20, 50, and a 100.
Here's a link to the explanation of the project I've been working on. It includes all Nintendo home consoles. More playlists to follow. Hope this helps some of us with large collections or are new to retro gaming.
