  1. yup, zipped and tested it from Retroarch, and the games do load as .zip. found a solution!!
  2. actually, looks like sega saturn has 4 files in each game folder. wonder if they can zipped.
  3. also, what about sega saturn. it works the same way. it has .cue and .bin
  4. i do get the warning in the bottom. how does that work. i have to convert them?
  5. so the override for directories only covers the last folder in the hierarchy, for example for sega naomi. each game has its own folder because the games consist of .cue and .lst file. so once you tell retrorch to save anything loaded from that folder, when you launch the next game, the overlay will not show because its only reading anything originating from that folder. here is one of my sega naomi paths as an example. H:\roms\Sega Naomi\Gunspike\GunSpike.lst
  6. yes, its not in there. perhaps they haven't pushed it out? latest version gethub still 1.1.1.
  7. i just ran it, its not in the list?
  8. really??? so just the bezel project and grab them from there?
  9. yes, understood, i guess what im trying to say is. using the bezel project, every game on my sega master system and genesis, each game has its own special bezel. Sega cd has a folder with all the sega cd bezels for each sega cd game. After i did what you told me it loads the same sega cd for all sega cd games. is there a way to make it work like the others, were every sega cd game has its own bezel?
  10. ok, so selected the bezel after i loaded the core and saved using override and it works!!! another question. how can i tell it to use the sega cd bezel folder so that it matches the games? right now it loads the generic sega cd bezel
  11. hmmm, read your url. so... something like this?? Content directory settings -> Applied when loading content from a particular directory
  12. retroarch would create an override for that particular game. how can i make it for all the sega cd games?
  13. yea but wouldnt that only work that game your playing only?
  14. ahh, sorry for stupit questions, im just learning how to use retroarch, but how do you save an override? i hit f1 during a game/quick settings?
  15. Hello, can you help me with this? i have bezels working on sega genesis, but for sega cd uses the same core. how can get both to work with their bezels when they both use the same core?
  16. i know, i saved it to the main config, but how do i get rid of it? if i turn off overlays on the main config, overlays stop working on all the other systems, at least for me it does.
  17. found 3do overlays if any one needs them here. https://emumovies.com/files/file/2189-retroarch-3do-overlay-border-16x9/?_fromLogin=1
  18. also how do i turn off overlays for specifi systems? right now if the system doesnt have a bezel it displays an n64 bezel, i guess its a default. Looks like when you activate bezels in retroarch settings, it makes you choose a main one.
  19. damn, i have no idea how to do this lol, how do i set this up?
  20. the "override" would just override everything using that core, or go into all 200 roms and create overrides.
  21. hmm, sounds good. the other option is to find another core for sega cd. do you know of another core i could use?
  22. Sega CD, uses the same core as sega genesis. Not sure how set up the bezels if they both use the same core.
  23. thank you i got it working, i was naming the folder with a under score by following the core name in launchbox. but another question. I just realized n64 is the one retro system i like playing in widescreen. How do you turn off over lays one specific core? i want to keep the other bezels but not for n64
  24. im using parallel 64 but it wont work . even just for the default generic bezel. see screen shot below.
  25. anyone know what folder to use in /config for n64 and 3do?
