JRPGod's Bezels Pack [264 and counting] View File All the bezels I've put together so far. Most of them are either re-purposed wallpapers or bezels that I found on the internet and had to fix anyway (e.g. the middle screen not being transparent on them, overlay sizes being wrong size), I put a slight twist on some of them, nothing fancy though. A huge thanks to all the original creators, be it fanartists, whoever did some of the original bezel templates or even the game studios themselves! I'm slowly going through my list of games adding bezels for each retro platform starting with snes, up to roughly 'F' atm. Will re-upload with my new ones every couple of days. All of them are set to work on a 16:9 resolution (1920x1080 ideally), with a 4:3 aspect ratio in retroarch, integer scaling set to OFF. Set overlay opacity however you like. Many will change as I get time to get to them (Looking at you Bahamut Lagoon), will keep a list of those here as I go. A lot of them will work just fine for the games on multiple platforms (Bubsy, as a random example, should be fine to use for the SNES or MegaDrive versions). List so far: 264 (Though this number might be off, I keep getting different numbers for what I have on the list and what I have in the pack - If anyone manages to find one of these inconsistencies PLEASE let me know so I can get it sorted) So with this update, I have now "finished" my PSX, SNES and Genesis/MegaDrive collections (only a few lightgun games which need to played with stand-alone emulators instead of retroarch are not on the list here). Bold + Underlined below = new with this upload, if you had just my SNES collection before this might make it a bit easier for you to keep track of what you need to update/look at for new. Notes next the bezel where applicable, please be aware of the handful of potentially NSFW ones. Up next will be either Saturn or N64! THE LIST: 7th Saga – SNES Actraiser – SNES Actraiser 2 – SNES Aero Fighters – SNES AFL '99 (Australian Football League) – PSX Alundra - PSX Another World – SNES Arc the Lad - PSX Art of Fighting – SNES Assault Suit Leynos (Target Earth) – Genesis Assault Suits Valken (Cybernator) – SNES Assault Suits Valken II – PSX Will work for any 32-bit and earlier mecha game I imagine Australian Rugby League – Genesis Bahamut Lagoon – SNES Baseball – SNES For Ken Griffey Jr., Tecmo Baseball, etc. Batman and Robin – SNES/Genesis/PSX Batman Joker 1 – SNES/PSX Batman Joker 2 – SNES/PSX Batman – SNES/Genesis/PSX Battle Blaze – SNES Battletoads Double Dragon – SNES/Geneis Battletoads in Battlemaniacs – SNES/Genesis Beyond Oasis – Genesis BMX – PSX POTENTIALLY NSFW? Lufia/Lufia 2 Bezel View File Decided to have a go at this after being completely blown away by those sick Mario World/Secret of Mana/Metroid bezels on here. It turned out.... no where near as good. But here you are anyway. Everything I now know about GIMP came from doing this. Hope someone enjoys it. Used with integer scaling OFF, aspect ratio set to core provided. I think the template I used to begin with was the wrong size, so the image is bigger than it "needs" to be, but it still fits perfectly on a 1080p. Gameboy Advance Bezel for Retroarch View File Wasn't a fan of how small a screen all the gba bezels/overlays seemed to want me to have. It might be pixel perfect or w/e I dunno and I'm just a scrub, but I wasn't a fan. So I repurposed a wallpaper I found on google images. It's about as basic as you could expect from a bezel. Used mGBA in retroarch, all default settings except Integer Scaling turned ON. Oh I forgot to add, it's for a 1920x1080 display. Yeah awesome, cheers for all the help again buddy, I realy do appreciate it. I just tested with one of the Platforms, and renaming all the folders seems to work, in BigBox as well. It still creates some garbage "North America" and "United States" folders which is really annoying, and I feel like it might come to bite me in the ass somewhere along the line but whatever. This works for now. I'm not nearly brave enough to try it your way ^^

Which leads to my next question, and kind of leads off from my last formatting question - Can I get away with just renaming the folders for example Box - Front to Front, to save a wee bit of time, or will this have consequences on BigBox?
-
EXCELLENT, at cursory glance, this is the solution. All the folders in there point to Images\Platform\Front as an example when they're actually in Images\Platform\Box - Front --- Which is the correct formatting for the new version and to retain BigBox features? Thank you so much again.
-
Hmm well. They're not? I guess is the best I way can put it lol. To give an example. Navigating to Launchbox/Images/PC/Box - Front and sure enough, there they all are. But, as said, Launchbox isn't showing them when it did pre-update. I'm guessing this wasn't the location of them before Version 5, and so the folders have been Restructured for V.5 onwards, but perhaps my config file or Launchbox.xml hasn't done it?
-
Okay, I am able to locate the images. Is there a simple new place to move them to that Launchbox will recognise now? On the bright-side they do appear to ALL be there, even the custom ones I made which I didn't think had been imported to Launchbox that way. So that's awesome.

Hey mate. Yes, I installed it to the exact same location it was prior. Correct, (thankfully) all my games are still there, and all their boot parameters are whathaveyou are all still there, and everyhting still boots the same, it just doesn't show the images anymore. I believe it is as you say, it is from the folder restructuring, as I saw the installer mentioning it was doing something to that effect, and it would explain why restoring some of the Launchbox.xml backups I had from the last 3 days did nothing. I guess now is, how on earth would I go about telling Launchbox to read it the same way it was before the update? I do not see a refresh media button on the games, only a Refresh Selected Images button, which does nothing. Thanks for your time. Edit: A bit of a confusing update, not sure what to make of it, Some games have retained a Banner and Clear Logo art, but when I Right Click>Open Images Folder, they're not in there. Does Launchbox have automatic Banner and Clear Logo Art, or is this just something really bizarre?

Few things first, get them out of the way. Loooooong time user of Launchbox, thank you so very much for the app anyone who deserves the thanks. It's actually incredible. After using the free version for so long, I decided it was time to donate, get the upgraded version, and finally update my launchbox. Also, apologise if this has been covered already and my crappy googling wasn't enough. I updated from 4.12 I believe, to the current version, to give an idea how long I've been using Launchbox. Anyway, time to cut to the chase. After updating to latest version (7.2 I believe it is?) none of my images are showing in Launchbox now. 748 total games all perfectly organized, some 50 of which I'd even created custom boxart for (rom mods and whatnot), all not showing in Launchbox anymore. Please please PLEASE *PLEASE* tell me this is common and an easy fix, and not something that is going to manually take hours now. This is the exact version I'd put off updating in any form Again, thank you for the app and all the OCD-pleasure it's brought me. Would LOVE any assistance. Kinda freaking out. Edit: The images are still on the HDD. So I assume I have to either move them, or point each game to them again individually, but this kind of isn't realistic, that would take longer than it took to get them fro mthe gamesdb in the first place, though I realllllly don't wanna have to download every single imagine. Deary me. Edit 2: I'm nervous to move anything around or start pointing the games to the images again in case it is as simple as replacing something. Alternatively, can I just revert back to the version I had and restore a backup or something? As nice as BigBox would be, I'd happily just go back to free and stick to Version 4 if that's the quickest solution here.
