Have you tried RBTray on the new LaunchBox Next app? It seems to allow most utilities that use global hooks into the interface. Also, if you change the border style to Windows style under Options/Theme, I think regular LaunchBox should now work w/RBTray. At least it seems to here.

Hi again mate. Ive been using old launchbox with rbtray without any problem. Now, im moving to .next, but I cant find a way to make rbtray work again with .next. Could u tell me a solution for this?

RBTray seems to be broken with the latest .Next, however Min2Tray seems to work fine. Get it here: https://junyx.breadfan.de/min2tray/

I am a new Launchbox user and would also like to see this feature, it seemed weird that it wasn't already available.

Ideally I would think minimizing to task should make the software use less resources, but really, just getting it down there, so it can keep running while not always being in the way, would be great.

Launchbox can be minimized.

Yeah but some people would like it to be minimized to the task trey (sorry it was late and i think i misnamed it), so that it doesn't show up when you cycle through tabs with alt+tab.

I have been wanting this feature ever since I bought it a few years ago. Every other game launcher has the ability to minimize to the system tray so they are already open, ready to go at a moments notice, and not taking up space on the task bar.  I love using Launchbox, and and even though it doesn't take long to load, it would be nice if it was ready to use when I click on the tray icon.

tbh it can take a little long to load... i'm using SSD, but with over 2000+ games on my library it takes its sweet time to load... minimize to system tray is still a must

I have been working on a program that minimizes LaunchBox to the tray. But I can't figure out how to detect when the window is being closed to interrupt and hide it instead. I have LaunchBox hiding when clicking the close button but I have had to enter the exact dimensions and location of the close button and this can change depending on which theme is being used. I would also like the window to hide when closed from the menu or the desktop taskbar as well. If anyone knows how to accomplish this I would appreciate the help.
