CadetStimpy
I blotted-out the name in the photo, of course.
DOS76
Magnavox Odyssey.
CadetStimpy
DOS76 said Magnavox Odyssey. Hahaha! I'm totally not surprised you knew it, Derek. Did you know it 'off the top of your head', or was there research involved?
SentaiBrad
I'll be honest, my first thought was a Pong clone because of that controller, but I couldn't think of it exactly and that was on the tip of my tongue. I know my Console history... but damn. I guess it doesn't help that I woke up at 12:45 AM and couldn't go back to sleep.
RiftCreeper
Magnavox Odyssey! I only know about this because the Angry Video Game Nerd did an episode about it. Also there was a big law suit between the creator of the Odyssey and Nolan Bushnell (creator of Atari).

SentaiBrad
ZX Spectrum... I hope. Edit: .... Or a Commodore... but I stick by Spectrum.
CadetStimpy
Whoa, that's a tricky one. I'd guess it was actually a calculator, but there's no display.
DOS76
I think it is a Spectrum too (without researching). As to whether I knew or not I was torn between Fairchild Channel F or Magnavox Odyssey so I searched Odyssey and saw that my first instinct was correct but I did research it before I posted in order to be sure. CadetStimpy
I dunno know, but it looks kinda cool. I can visualize it as some sort of device on the original Star Trek series. It that a Floppy Drive slot, bottom-center of Console? P.S. Since you're from the UK, I'm gonna make an uneducated guess that it's an European-only (maybe Japanese) version. Lordmonkus
I cheated so I wont give away the answer but OMG I forgot that this thing even existed.

Lordmonkus
Well to be fair, it isn't a real console, even though the Spectrum earlier wasn't one either. It was a one of those hybrid pseudo consoles, a dumbed down pc if you will. It was made by a company that everyone thinks just shits gold ;)
