dov_EL
I Have only one little problem with LaunchBox . In many cases my young children to start a game from Big Box, repeatedly press PLAY (3 or 4 times), in some cases, the game also starts twice (often happens with MAME or VBA etc. ) . you could have a FIX where once you press the PLAY can not be pressed twice play until you exit from the emulator? ? DOS76
That sounds like it is out of LaunchBox scope since LaunchBox just facilitates launching what you are asking for would take actual control over the emulator which LB doesn't have. It may be possible to put in a time delay between launches but I don't really know if that is possible either.
fromlostdays
Some emulators have a "allow multiple instances of this emulator" option you might be able to turn off.
DOS76
Yeah I saw that setting in Gens+ just yesterday
dov_EL
Ok but is not possibile lunch only one instance when push play in bigbox ?
SentaiBrad
It would be very difficult to have LaunchBox or BigBox suppress other software period, let alone without potentially being called a virus but AV Software. At least this is a guess of mine.
Jason Carr
I indeed have a solution for this planned. All it takes is to ignore input for a few seconds after launching a game. :)
SentaiBrad
Well... of course Jason has the simple plan. My mind went to a more hard place, as in stop the application from launching again by monitoring application name or PID's lol.... count on the software engineer to make me look stupid. DOS76
Yeah I thought some kind of time delay on excepted click events would work but wasn't really sure

DOS76
The new Beta has a pop up when you try to launch too quickly. I haven't tested it but read that it is there
