I couldn't find anything better than the ones you or @seaview59 found. I did take a shot at recreating it based off these images. It's not perfect but may suit your needs. I know there are image enhancers out there that do some really great work, but this must have been hand drawn. The spine logo is simply a cropped logo from the back of the box. I'll share the PSD file for this box anyway, but there is no high res clear logo inside it.
