Darkcloud Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 Hi is there a way to scrape Windows games into different collections. I bassicaly want one for each Download service. So Steam, Gog, Origin, Blizzard and so on.
fromlostdays Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 You're always going to scrape them as windows games, but you may be able to create a platform for each service, say "Blizzard", just scrape it as windows. damageinc86 Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 I have always just added different PC games as their own platform. I don't get having it designated as windows games because many games are on multiple OS's. It should be PC Games. 1

I guess since launchbox is windows only... it's the catch all for PC games. But that's only relevant to how you import and scrape them. Darkcloud Posted August 3, 2017 Author Posted August 3, 2017 I got Steam and the rest of the Windows Games as separate entries now but I can't specify folders to scan for Windows games so he only scans for games in the standard installation folders. It would be easy if I could specify folders to scan through since I have the games in Folders for each download platform.
fromlostdays Posted August 3, 2017 Posted August 3, 2017 You can go to import, roms, files, use windows search for .exe in whatever folder, pick any emulator, doesn't matter, name platform, scrape as windows, import.
