kerszr
Hey, just trying out the AWESOME new RA feature. Im currently using the emulator RASNES9x, (simply the RASNES9X emulator with retro achievements) but I cant get the top bar to go away. Everytime I open a game I have to manually close the top bar. Is there a way to prevent this through a command line? If you dont know what i am talking about, check out the illustration down below... THANK YOu Edited November 25, 2017 by kerszr
Lordmonkus
Is that some stand alone build of Snes9x specifically for Retro Achievements ? I ask because I have never seen this with the normal stand alone Snes9x or the Retroarch version.
kerszr
Yes, Mister Monkus it comes straight from the Retro Acheivement website.
Retro808
In Launchbox into tools/manage emulators and edit your RASnes9x. Enter the below in the default command line parameter field. -fullscreen

Retro808
Hmmm, not sure then. I have never used that version before but I downloaded it after your post. In the video settings I check marked the box for "emulate fullscreen" and set the command line in Launchbox. It launches without the bar. I tried messing up some of the settings to see if I can get it to stick but I cannot. If you hit escape does it hide the bar? Looking at the default menu options escape is the default to hide menu bar. Edited November 26, 2017 by Retro808
Lordmonkus
Just tested it with the -fullscreen command line parameter and out of the box settings and it loaded into fullscreen perfectly.
DOS76
If you using Windows 10 right click the emulators .exe go into properties compatibility and check turn off fullscreen optimization. I had this issue popping up in Demul but checking that box takes it away.
