RogerioX
The controller appears to work perfectly until I go to the menu in the pic and I click ion the drop down menus. It works fine if I try to put the date in, it's just on the drop down menus within the filters. I've tried searching for this but couldn't find anything. Any ideas? (I just realized that I can't even "apply" nether even if I do the selections with my keyboard, I can do them on the keyboard but "apply" is grayed out) The specific problem is that the blue selection box doesn't move when i move the dpad or stick. note the grayed out "apply" button, I also can't move the cursor on to it to click it. Jason Carr
Hmm, good to know. I know that used to work but apparently it stopped for some reason. I'll add it to my list to investigate.

RogerioX
This still hasn't been fixed as of the latest version by the way. Edited October 13, 2018 by RogerioX
Retro808
I am sure Jason knows it has not been fixed since. He did say he would add it to his list of things to tackle, but that list I am sure is not a short one. So you may have to give him some time to work through what he has on his plate. RogerioX
I'm not sure that you're sure. I truly appreciate the telling off you just tried to give me, but I still felt more comfortable bringing this up again considering i'm not sure on how to get news on what is being fixed or not. Retro808
Yeah...I am sure that I am sure. Jason has said many times his list of things is not short. In the beta threads he posts what the new betas include so he lets people know what he has been fixing and adding. You will notice in the latest beta thread there is a "fixed" section. RogerioX
Again. i'm not sure you're sure. you telling me you're sure doesn't in any way provide me with any rational reason to accept your position. You have to realize that I only have 3 points to my name, mate. I'm not really a full time member. I've payed for this awesome product, there's an issue with it and I'm trying to stay on top of it. that's pretty much it. I appreciate the beta thread link though. Lordmonkus
Dude, it will get looked at when Jason has time, he has been busy hammering out some controller latency issues and a nasty Windows 10 update bug.
RogerioX
I'm not the one making a big deal about it. I just made a note that it's not there. get off my back. the both of you.
Lordmonkus
No one is on your back, you're the one coming in and kicking up a stink about it after "two weeks" and now you are getting on Retro808 for his response. And now you wanna throw down the "i paid money" card, well guess what so have a lot of other people and Jason works on the most important issues first, not just whoever comes on here complaining the loudest. neil9000
2 minutes ago, RogerioX said: Again. i'm not sure you're sure. you telling me you're sure doesn't in any way provide me with any rational reason to accept your position. So what you are saying is you wont believe any answer you receive on the matter? Then why even bother mentioning it? Jason is fully aware of what has been fixed and what hasn't. This specific issue hasn't been fixed yet as you were informed in the first response here. You can take or leave that feedback, no skin off our noses. However becoming combative over a honest response to your issue isnt on. I would be careful as to what else you say going forward.
RogerioX
Who kicked up anything? maybe in your head you see it as me "kicking up a stink" but that's not what happened at all. I have explained why I mentioned it and that's that. anything else is your assumption. I am a paying customer who is about to extend his year with your company and right now i'm being surrounded by moderators who are trying to give me a hard time just because I updated my post saying that it's still not fixed. This is far from how one runs a company. get off my back, please. I've been nothing but civil as you both trying telling me off for posting. This is absurd. I'm not demanding any update, i'm not kicking up any fuss, i'm simply stating that it hasn't been fixed. do you see me demand anything? no you don't. because I'm being reasonable. I'm really not happy with the way this company is treating me right now. You're making assumptions about my intentions and trying to "tell me off" as if i'm some sort of child. all of this could have been avoided if you just said "it's being worked on" to keep your customer knowing that it's being worked on. Lordmonkus
You made the post reminding us "that it hasn't been fixed yet". Retro808 gave you a response and you didn't like it so you got all uppity and defensive. Locking this thread now.
Jason Carr
@RogerioX In all honesty, you received a kind and polite response from @Retro808. You were not "told off" and nothing he said should have been offensive. I really don't understand why there was an issue here at all. Regardless, yes, this is still on my shortlist, and I will get it resolved.
