I have a stupid question... How do I install these overlays?
I have a lot of them, but I don't know how to use them?! 
When I start RetroArch and go to Overlays, there are 0 entries?!

Where do the .cfg files and PNG images belong?

This is strange regarding the Gauntlet YouTube video I just uploaded. I have the audio on English and the video has replaced the games audio with an A.I. voice, but there’s another language option you can choose, Russian. If you switch to Russian the audio gets louder and the original voice in the game returns. Anyone ever encounter this before?
