Delete unlisted roms

That would be very dangerous as sometimes there are necessary files for emulators or games to work that aren't imported into LB. Bios and parent files for arcade games and bin files for CD based systems like Sega CD, Playstation and TurboGrafx CD.

Another thing would be something like save files, sometimes people like to store their saves with their roms and I am pretty sure people would be pretty upset if LB deleted those on people.

Then just delete the rom.  As stated.  Or give a multi optioned suggestion to delete all associated including possible saved games or just initial rom referenced in launchbox.  Theres multiple events in launchbox with warnings.  If launchbox is scared of doing this relocate to a purge folder.  The idea of this feature still seems too helpful not to find an option.

Thats not possible though, if the file in question was not imported into Launchbox like a .bin file that is attached to the .cue or a save file created by a emulator then Launchbox essentially does not know those files exists. The only files that Launchbox knows that are in the folder are the files imported.

So how would that work then in cases where additional files are needed but not imported such as mame with files like the qsound.zip (qsound_hle.zip) and other ancillary files certain games need in addition to the roms? Or in the case of bin and cue files where only the cue is imported.
