LB 13.0

So I went to download the newest version and my Nortons blocked something now I can't even launch my LB. Tried to use a backup and still nothing. It deleted my core folder and I used the new one in LB 13.0 but nothing.

Norton is a pretty trash piece of software and is far more akin to ransomware than it is an antivirus program. You'd do far better removing it and using Windows Defender. In the meantime check your \\LaunchBox\Updates\ folder and see if you have the 12.16 installer in there. If so run that against your current install and it should put 12.16 and all it's files back and get you back up and running. Running the installer won't clear any data so you're safe there. Just make sure you don't accidentally install it to \\LaunchBox\LaunchBox\

OK I got it working. I was dragging each folder one at a time and launching LB until it wouldn't work any longer and discovered it was the thirdparty folder. Now I need to know which file it was.

Yes it is. It was a trial and will remove the damn thing.

Looks like it removed the 7-Zip folder, Chromium, and VLC folder in the Thridparty folder. Any way back to normal.

My LB has stopped working (I mean Big Box) after upgrade to 13.0, LB is loading fine. I only see the Big Box logo that disappears after a while and nothing else.

Are you using any third-party anti-virus or anti-malware software?

Sorry for replying so late... after Windows restart everything is working ok.
