ThirdScreen Plugin for Platform Video Marquees, 3+ Screen Support, and more

Huh...I have the exact same issue as @zeoboromir, but when I look inside the zip file (downloaded today from here) I do not see ThirdScreenSupportLib.dll in any of the subfolders at all. I turned off chrome safe scan in case that was deleting the file or something, but same result. Am I even downloading this from the right spot? Apologies, this is my first run-through getting my arcade cab built and setup.

\ThirdScreen-v6.0.1\Plugins contains:

• ThirdScreen.dll
• ManagePlatformVideoMarquees.dll

\ThirdScreen-v6.0.1\ThirdParty\MediaInfo\x64 contains: 

• libcurl.dll
• MediaInfo.dll
• libcrypto-3-x64.dll
• libssl-3-x64.dll

(x86 contains variants same as above....but i don't see "ThirdScreenSupportLib.dll" anywhere)

Thanks for letting me know. @SpaceParanoid, @zeoboromir if you re-download 6.0.1 it will now have all the files.

Thanks for that. Getting it set up now. Great plug-in. Seems like a must-have for most setups like mine. I just donated (and you also just fixed another issue from an older post you answered regarding Mame launching on the wrong screen). Much appreciated.

Hi guys - i have this annoying issue in that setting a screen that I know is not my primary display is saying i can't assign it a display to it because its saying it is the primary display lol - sorry word salad there - thoughts, what am I missing  windows display settings has the correct primary display settings. I've updated LB and used latest third screen plugin etc.

You need to launch big box and disable the marquee screen in big box’s settings.. when you do an update it resets that setting.

I typed all of this on my phone and added pics, but for some reason it didn't upload, so here it goes again:

 

I added images of the colecovision keypad overlays to my bottom (third) screen for games that used them. I placed the images in the Controls Information folder and added the folder to my bottom screen.  When I'm in the colecovision platform in LB, the marquee appears up top and the overlay appears on the bottom.  But no matter which emulator I choose to launch the game (Retroarch, Mess, Mame, Colem), the overlay appears on the marquee screen and my bottom screen.  When I exit the game and return to LB, the marquee for the game reappears.  Here are some pics:

Hi!, Thanks a lot for this amazing plugin, I really love it. I'm planning on adding a small screen to my cabinet mainly for showing controls for each Mame Game (using CP Wizard layouts). I have some extra push-buttons on the cabinet that can work as windows hotkeys. I would love to be able to use one of these hotkeys to switch between the media displayed on the small screen for that game. For example, by default the small screen would show the the game's control panel layout. When the hotkey is pressed, the small screen would show the game's info. On a second press it could show a black screen (if I don't want the image to distract from the game), and if I press it again, it would return to the Control Panel. Do you think this can be implemented? Thanks a lot for sharing this plugin!!

This plugin is nothing short of AMAZING!

I have 1 request... Is it possible to make this plugin "pause" the currently playing video upon launching a game and continue upon exiting the game?

I love this plugin. Is there any way to get ThirdScreen to only use a certain amount of a display for showing marquees? I have a marquee screen that has the top 2 inches or so out of sight due to how my cabinet was built.

Having an issue with the plugin that I am hoping someone can help with.  Whenever I enable the plugin and set the platform view as platform clear logo, the image isnt showing as clear logo and has a black background instead. It is also increasing the resolution slightly which cuts of some of the images. If I go back and change it so launchbox controls the Marquee, they display fine.

Having a issue where on launch of or big. Ox boot up the second screen shows up as black. I have to click on any different  platform . And only then the second screen come on not just black screen. Any fix for this? Ant help will be greatly appreciated.
