I am definitely connected to the internet and I did sign in successfully. I have also played/loaded all the games I am attempting to import. Possible service or permission issue? C-Beats Posted December 7, 2023 Posted December 7, 2023 If you're on 13.8 this a known issue caused by changes M$ made to their backend recently. You'll want to update to the beta track to be able to run the wizard again. 1 Quote

I updated to 13.9 BETA and still get the same "Your Account Cannot Be Accessed" notification for xbox/windows import. For EA games, I can get through the sign-in process but it does not correctly detect which games I have available. Quote

We just tested this internally have haven't seen any issues with logging into Microsoft/Xbox. The problem listed in this post was resolved, but if you are still experiencing a different issue with the login, open up a new thread with more detailed steps of what you are doing and the error you are receiving. laxflex Posted August 30, 2024 Author Posted August 30, 2024 I am the original poster of this thread and still experiencing the exact same issue... now on 13.15. I am logged into the xbox app on PC, connected to the internet, and have run/played several games I am now trying to import to Launchbox. The "force login" option does not seem to trigger anything. Is there cache I need to clear in order to force a new login attempt? Quote
laxflex Posted August 30, 2024 Author Posted August 30, 2024 Nevermind... Just stumbled across 'Tools > Manage > Storefronts..' My xbox credentials were not saved there... once I logged in there and ran the import wizard everything worked as expected! 1 Quote

We've looked into it in the past and wasn't able to find to anything. If we do we'll move to it. It's definitely annoying. Quote
