That will always be a issue with any auto import on any system, you need organization.

The issue here is RPCS3 uses a hard drive folder structure so when a disc game or update is added it will be installed in dev_hdd0 and the importer is looking for eboot so this can not be organized any differently. Also you can not point to just the disc folder because LaunchBox will then not see any digital games which are installed in the game folder of the drive. pedrohfranco
Having the same issue, but just for some games (MotorStorm Pacific Rift and Wipeout HD Fury disc release). Even with hdd0 being inside the emulator folder and the ROMs being in a completely separate folder

You can turn off automatic ROM import from the option menu
Nocta
Same issue for me. It would be great to be able to add problematic files to a blacklist or something like that when we import manually so that then they are not picked up during automatic imports. ZGYT
Just had this issue today after turning on automatic import. This is going to bother until I find a work around. All I wanted to do was to automize my growing collection.
