Joe35car Posted June 7, 2024 Posted June 7, 2024 (edited) OK I'm trying to get to get games that use super game module in coleco to work. When I launch a game say asteroids in coleco using MAME I have to hit tab and go in the slot and change exp to sgm and reset system. Is there a command line so it boots straight to these type of games? Edited June 7, 2024 by Joe35car Quote

spycat Posted June 8, 2024 Posted June 8, 2024 I use the default parameters coleco -exp sgm -cart As well as working with the carts that require SGM, these parameters also work for me with the "normal" coleco carts without any issues seen. 1 Quote

Nice. Also the ini also works for all carts and smg games. Quote
dragon57 Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 Using MAME ini files named for the software list systems is the way to go, IMO. Been doing it that way for years. Seems to be more frontend agnostic that way too. 1 Quote

Needs more memory. ) a800.ini Quote
