jestermgee Posted May 18 Posted May 18 So I am just getting started, have been using LaunchBox for a few days with an account at emumovies without issue. Today I decided to pay for LB Premium and also emumoviess lifetime member. Funny, once I have done this I have now gone to add videos to some of my games and all games in all platforms "fail to find game" and when I head to my options > Integrations and test my emumovies connection, I receive "unable to login" ??? I can login fine via the website, I have even updated my PW and tried again. Is this maybe just a random issue that happens to coincidentally occur just as I have paid, or is there some other issue here and what do I do about this? Quote
pogman56 Posted May 18 Posted May 18 I'm having this issue all of a sudden as well even though it had been working with no probs. Very annoying!!! Quote
AstroBob Posted May 18 Posted May 18 We're hearing reports of issues with their API this weekend. It may be a case of needing to wait and try again later, but if it's still happening in a day or so, let us know and we'll see if there's anything deeper going on 1 Quote

Figured that is the case now, was just literally after I paid for the premium/lifetime access it occurred and was not sure if this was an issue with my account/s or just bad timing and having only started setting things up since Thursday of last week it's one of a million things i'm wrapping my head around. Looks like I will just have to put things on hold for a few days. Quote
Solution AstroBob Posted May 20 Solution Posted May 20 Just to close the loop here, this has been confirmed to have been resolved on the EmuMovies side and should be functioning properly. Give us a shout if you're noticing this again in the future Cheers, 1 Quote

The issue I was having was due to an issue on the emumovies end over the weekend which was resolved and have confirmed there has been no further issue. Confirmed no issues today so not likely the same issue. Quote
pakybytes Posted June 27 Posted June 27 This issue still persists. I haven't used launchbox in a while, always worked before. After launching launchbox for more or less 2 weeks now, it never worked again. I was able to login once but it stopped working right after. I can login with emumovies directly. Also, launchbox is updated, I tried rebooting, I changed the emumovies password, removed special characters, nothing works. I've seen a lot of threads around the Net of people complaining about this and find it hard to believe that launchbox and emumovies cannot troubleshoot this correctly. In the past this wasn't a problem so something changed. I have a lifetime subscription of launchbox and emumovies and not being able to integrate them is really disappointing. Quote
Seph1roth Posted July 4 Posted July 4 Same issue. This has persisted for me for quite some time. I can log into emumovies just fine but the API is still having issues as I cannot use it in launchbox Quote
studiomarkallen Posted Friday at 05:51 AM Posted Friday at 05:51 AM Still seems to be an issue. Quote
klepp0906 Posted Friday at 11:40 AM Posted Friday at 11:40 AM just found this due to having the same issue and changing my password/disabling my vpn etc in an attempt to troubleshoot. least i know its not a me issue now. api problems somewhere. Quote
manuelfr51 Posted Friday at 12:45 PM Posted Friday at 12:45 PM same issue, again can't login on emumovies from launchbox since yesterday Quote
C-Beats Posted Saturday at 11:39 AM Posted Saturday at 11:39 AM Just tried and seems to be working for me (that being said it was down for a while yesterday) Quote
